The escape room was fun, interesting and clean. My gripe is that the Game Master made clear that she was bored out of her mind. She didn't smile once. I had a birthday group of 11 year old girls and it would have been nice to finish the Escape Room. The Game Master could have given stronger clues that would have allowed that to happen but she didn't. When I suggested afterwards that one tiny flashlight for 10 people and just 3 tiny squares of paper with a light orange pen to write with made things even more challenging, I got a blank stare. When I more clearly suggested that for kids, they could make things easier but still challenging with more flashlights, pens and paper, the Game Master sullenly said that the room is designed a certain way. She had no interest in feedback. Negative points for customer service.

Our team at work went to Escape Era. We had no idea what to expect and we truthfully had several skeptical people in the group... BUT every single one of us had fun and thought the experience was a great one. We highly recommend it. Don't be fooled by its appearance: it's in a business area, on the third floor of a business building. When you go in, the meeting area is underwhelming, but the experience with the staff person and the room were great. Once again, highly recommend.

I hosted my son's 11th birthday party here, and it was a fantastic experience for the kids. Long and Kaitlyn were wonderful in welcoming us to the facility and helping us to set up a party table in the lobby. The kids had fun with the dress up props for photos. We chose the Deja Vu experience. The game was challenging and very detailed. Long gave us the perfect balance of hints to keep it interesting, helping our group to succeed in the end. They will only give hints when asked, and our group was not shy in requesting help. It was nice to have escaped, since it was all of our first times. I would definitely go back to try the other game, Arcade.

My kids wanted to try an escape room so I signed them to for the Deja Vu escape room experience. They enjoyed it immensely although did not escape within the hour. The venue says that up to 8 people can play but my kids said the rooms were pretty small so 3-5 felt best to them. It was pretty difficult but not excessively so. It’s a good option for teenagers, adults or a family.

While visiting from Phoenix, I did the Deja Vu Room at Escape Era with my 2 sisters. Sylvia was our gamemaster who kept us on track. (Thx, Sylvia!) This was a good, solid room with a few very fun surprises. We hope to do the Arcade room on my next visit. I highly recommend this room to locals and visitors alike.
