Just found the mall as we were touring around the Gaslamp District. I found that they had a good variety of stores and some good Christmas sales. Most of the stores are similar to what you would find in a typical mall.

It isn't really living anymore. It was really empty when I got there. Some sellers are making a talk and don't let you go, that is annoying. Lots of stores are vacant. The stores that are there are okay.

A shopping mall with a quirky Art Deco design. Lots of the usual shops, similar to other malls, although a little smaller, despite being located over 4 floors. Lots of parking available, and with a food court on the upper level. No visit to San Diego would be complete without a trip around the mall, if only to view the... More

I was looking forward to visiting this mall on a recent family trip to San Diego after seeing many mentions on Pinterest. This mall has seen better days, And felt run down with many closed stores. Not worth the $10 to park.

The Westfield Horton Plaza is an average mall - actually slightly better than most downtown malls. It didn't have as much selection as I expected. Finding a map to get around, and then figuring out which level was which, was confusing. Wifi was spotty. If you need to do some shopping while at a convention, this mall is a 20-minute... More

Four stories of shops and restaurants. Food is on the fourth floor but nothing too exciting. Go outside and find the courtyard. Lot's of food vendors. Parking is expensive but buy something and get validated. 24 hour fitness members get two hours validation.

I went to this mall to spend the morning shopping. It is an outdoor multi level mall. Not ideal if the weather is hot. There isn't a great variety of shops and the ones that are there are fairly pricey. I found what I was looking for and quickly left. The open air Plaza next door is worth a visit.

We went expecting to spend the afternoon shopping before eating dinner, but ended up just eating and leaving. If you're looking for regular high street shops to grab something you need then this will do perfectly, but it's not somewhere you can spend any length of time - you're better off going to one of the nearby outlet malls.

The place is very nice in the way it is built. Nice levels with a lot of outdoor linkages between levels. The stores though do not have as much of a selection as what one would find in the big malls. The reason is that this is not a big mall! Consequently, if you really want to shop, rather than... More

I go to the filthy 24 Hour Fitness in the mall in the afternoon, every weekday and have witnessed a wide variety of crimes such as assault, shoplifting, overdose, defecation and more. The new area they spent millions on is 90% homeless sleeping on the grass, ground and blocking the restrooms, with piles of stuff on chairs and tables. I... More
