Scenic beach unsuitable for swimming

It's a nice area for watching sunset and wind surfing. There is a path to go to the ocean but it requires skill to climb. Very romantic view, see the pictures

Lots of shops and restaurants. Talented street entertainers. Felt like it was a vet safe environment.

The shops are right along the bay to the side of the convention center. There are also casual restaurants for lunch and dinner. You can spend a couple of hours there and enjoy the views as well.

Enjoyed a great lunch here while having a great view over the bay... Almost a must to go here if visiting San Diego. Best place to enjoy shopping, dining, or just walking around in a "classic" environment with the bustling downtown behind you and the bay and a view of Coronado in front you.

We were in town on a business trip and in a hotel for almost 4 days straight but when we got the opportunity we would sneak over to the Seaport village and walk the shops. The view is stunning. The food in all the little restaurants were fabulous. Everyone was so friendly. You pay tourist prices in the shops but... More

We visited Seaport Village just to have a look around and do some shopping. There are all kinds of little shops and places to eat. You can walk along the waterfront. There also is a carousel. Sadly Seaport Village is on the list to be torn down and a whole new waterfront area will be built so it was nice... More

Not necessary to visit but could stop by to buy a souvenir. Couple of expensive restaurants by the water and few cheaper cafes behind. Quite place to have a promenade in the evening

We had a lovely day wondering around the individual shops in the sunshine looking out over the harbour. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
