It was a great experience going down hundreds of feets in a secure cave. The tour guide gave us a lot of details of how they discovered the caverns.

We got here late so only did Mystic. I was disappointed by all the damage, not many stalactites / stalagmites left. The "Pipe Organ" was pretty impressive though. Abby is a great guide and told entertaining & informative stories of the cave's history & of the spider monkey. Yes, she also has a great voice. An okay foray into a... More

Softball team visited the caverns and enjoyed the experience. I loved the rock souvenir store. Staff is very nice. And has free bottle water!

As noted in other reviews, the 2 caverns are small and the main one with the longer tour has endured a significant amount of damage since it's discovery in the early 1900s. There are some beautiful formations and the tour guides are very good providing recent historical information about the caves. No geology or information about the formation or aging... More

The place was great and what a break from the heat of the Arkansas summer! The staff was great and very knowledgeable about the history of the caverns, which is quite interesting and entertaining.

Nice tour. Nice break from the heat of summer. If you are lucky enough to have Abby as your guide, make her sing. It's amazing! She is also very knowledgeable about the caves. Would recommend it for anyone.

We took both tours through the caverns. The tour was interesting, but it was not the most grand cavern we have been in. So much damage in one of the caverns, it is sad. Luckily it is coming back to life. The other cavern is just a quick walk down stairs and done.

Caves were small, but very beautuful! 2 caves price to tour both was reasonable 12.99 plus tax per person. Something different to do if you are in the area!

The hospitality at the Caverns was amazing....we have a 3 month old puppy, that I called a head to see if there was a spot that was secure and cool for her to stay while we went through the caves. She and her kennel were kept in a cool, shady area and staff kept an eye on her. We enjoyed... More

This is a wonderful cave to explore. You can do two tours one for the Crystal Dome and the other is Mystic. Both tour guides are great, the Crystal cave is a newer cave easy to explore, the hardest part is the walk to and from. Nellie was our guide for the Mystic, she was informative and had alot of...
