What a blast!

Friday morning. We had the museum to ourselves. All the people there were very friendly and helpful. Plan to spend at least an hour here. You'll see all of Evel's outfits and bikes, including a rocket for the Snake River jump. We especially enjoyed the interactive displays. The museum is attached to the Harley dealer, and a little hard to find, but worth the trip from KC.

Fantastic experience!

As a kid growing up in the 70's and 80's, I was a huge Evel Knievel fan. I just discovered that this museum existed a few weeks ago. We made a 5 hour trip to see it and I was so impressed. The amount of original items was awesome and brought back so many great memories of that time. The museum was well done with a lot of interesting information on Knievel. I really enjoyed the quotes on the walls. This is a great museum and I highly recommend!

So cool. being from Washington State and seeing Evel with Olympia beer in his hand and the logos on the tanks of his bikes sent shivers, amazing!!! I met the man who drove the Mac truck for Evel for 9 years, said he was 21 at the time, the toy collection was cool too, I remember my brother having some of the toys bitd, well put together, the story boards and videos tell all, super informative and the displays are just phenomenal!! The Harley museum downstairs is pretty cool too so dont miss that!!!

❤️ Thank you! The rocket is a showstopper for sure! We agree, the Harley Museum on the lower level of the dealership is a great additional stop on the way out the door. Thank you!

Nice Surprise
Oct 2020
The collection is very well laid out. Besides the large amount of memorabilia, each area has a short video on a loop along with an explanation on a piece of acrylic. If you watch and read just those things, you will be entertained and learn alot about this rapscallion and showman and see both successful and unsuccessful jumps. But along with those are many pictures, articles, motorcycles, outfits, his trailer and much more. We left with smiles.

The BEST collection of all things Evel Knievel in the world! My personal favorite was the display of kids jumping bicycles at the end because that was me when I was young. Awesome display and great attention to detail! Even my wife loved it and she doesn't even remember him?

We had a great time visiting the Evil Knievel Museum over Labor day weekend. I heard about the museum and we have been planning this to Topeka for months.
The Evil Knievel Museum is a world class venue in Topeka, Kansas and could easily be in Las Vegas or Reno Nevada but for some reason they chose Topeka.
Their were a few to many people for our comfort but well worth the trip.
Lots to see an do around the life and times of Evil Knievel although some of the interactive “rides” were closed due to COVID 19. We had a good time anyway.
I would recommend a visit to the museum on a less busy day instead of a holiday weekend. First class

Found Memories
Aug 2020
My husband and I were passing through Topeka Kansas and couldn’t resist the Evel Knievel museum. It brought back so many fond memories for my husband seeing him at Nassau Coliseum and Madison Square garden. If you’re a fan of Evel’s don’t pass it up.
