My family has been raised around rebuilding cars and their history! There’s always something to see here, and events take place usually every season! Tractor show is great for kids, and the unique cars are great for all ages!

Very nice cars museum with lot of cars in very good shape from all decades since cars exists. Would like to see more foreign cars but it is worth the visit. A little bit overpriced.

We are deeply shocked at your review and comments. The Tupelo Automobile Museum welcomes everyone and has not tolerated any prejudicial or disrespectful behavior in our facility for the 16 years were have been in business. The museum features over 100 original gasoline signs, one...More

My son and I recently visited the Auto Museum with no prior knowledge of what to expect. The entry fee was reasonable and the lady was very pleasant and gave us useful information on how to explore the museum. The 'old' (vintage) automobiles were well...More

The museum was spacious and a inviting. Cars from all time periods were showcased. The introductory video made the tour a cinch to understand. Being a car enthusiast myself, I felt right at home. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. I plan on revisiting when...More

We found this place almost by accident while visiting Tupelo for Elvis. Well worth the time out we took to see it - in fact really it was deserving of more than the couple of hours we spent there. Amazing collection of some fantastic cars...More

I like cars, but I would not classify myself as an "enthusiast." I was in Tupelo for work with an afternoon free and decided to visit. As an "amateur," the "fun" thing for me was to note the evolution of vehicles from one decade to...More

Cleveland Museum Friday (2 Replies)
My husband and I will be visiting Cleveland on a Friday in June 2018. We are thinking of taking in two or more museums: Art, Natural History and and maybe the Botanical Gardens and/or Crawford Automobile Museum. Is it possible to park once at the Art Museum or East Orchestra garage and walk to each venue? Or is it better to try and find metered parking near each location. Are metered spots free after a certain hour? Is there anywhere to eat nearby? Any tips for a museum Friday in Cleveland?...More

Going to Yosemite next week. Need help quickly. (25 Replies)
I need help and fast! We decided two days ago to make a quick trip to Yosemite next week. My husband has a business meeting in Reno on Thursday. I and my two youngest girls will tag along and then we will leave Reno on Thursday afternoon for Yosemite. I have already made sure that the Tioga Pass entrance is open unless there is a big storm between now and then. What I need to know is if what I have planned is doable and if anyone thinks I could possibly fit more into my itinerary. I don’t...More

Mariposa Grove adds a couple hours to your drive as does Glacier Point. If it were my trip, I would spend that day in Tuolumne Meadows area. Its drop dead gorgeous and you're going that way already

LA in 1,5 day with children? (13 Replies)
Hi all, we're travelling with 2 kids 6 and 8. We'll have about half of the Friday and the whole Saturday in LA. Leaving Sunday morning or early pm. Never been to LA. We'll have a rental car. Would it be better to use car or one of the bus tour services to see around? Staying in one of the hotels near the airport. Is below schedule doable / any good in your opinion? Friday PM: drive to Santa Monica / Venice beach, walk around a bit and have something to eat. Drive back to the hotel...More

Staying near LAX is a poor choice due to traffic issues. And depending on which hotel you've chosen, might be an even worse choice. Traffic is not too bad on Saturday so that's good. And you should plan something for Sunday morning since you have some time, traffic is really light then. In which direction are you heading on Sunday afternoon?
