Review of: Private Tour of Boston with Pick Up
Boy, if you ever want an in-depth experience on history, environment, and restaurants then you must take a Trailblazer tour with Martin. He is so knowledgeable and intelligent on Boston History (and surrounding area) that it was a real pleasure to have him as our tour guide. He was prompt and courteous. He literally managed all our needs in Boston, especially, restaurant books. He knows everyone, and everyone knows him. The car we toured in was very comfortable and clean. We stopped at many places with wonderful explanations from Martin.…

Review of: Private Tour of Boston with Pick Up
I cannot think of enough superlatives to express my satisfaction. I was with a group of friends and family - some first time trip to Boston and other multiple. All were impressed and found the tour both interesting and informative. It was fun and light yet dense with history. Mack is the greatest. My initial guide canceled at the last minute with no explanation. Trailblazer/Mack agreed to book us with just hours notice after hearing our plight. Truly cares about the City and all tourist having the best possible experience. This guy has the key to the city and we benefited from the obvious goodwill that he has established. Among other things, he was able to get dinner reservations at a quintessential local spot - non tourist - that was great! We were not able to get a reservation anywhere before 9 pm - the city was booked because of graduations and memorial day weekend. Not enough characters to express my pleasure with this tour and guide - Mack!…

We just spent a wonderfully informative and enjoyable day on tour with Martin. He made the day one of the best days of guided sightseeing with tremendous historical and local knowledge. Well worth the adventure. We look forward to seeing him again on another trip to Boston.

Our great service with Trailblazer Tours Boston started with Joan who answered the phone. I spoke with her for a few minutes and felt very comfortable with booking the tour. I contacted them a few times before the tour date and reached her on the phone every time and she was just as pleasant as she was the first time I called. My father, my 10 year old son, and I were taking a trip to Boston to see the sights. Martin was our guide and we could not have asked for better! He contacted us the night before to confirm. He was welcoming and very easy to talk to, as well as knowledgeable. We started from our hotel in downtown Boston and headed out to Lexington & Concord. The drive was very pleasant and comfortable in their vehicle (Honda Odyssey van) as we made our way passing beautiful homes and scenery. Martin stopped a few places along the way to point out some interesting areas (Beacon Hill, Harvard, MIT, etc..) and historic figures before setting the stage for the revolutionary showdown. Lexington and Concord are small quaint towns. We stopped at Lexington Green where the first shots were fired and then proceeded out to Concord where the American Militia and British Army confronted each other at the Concord River. Martin was able to transport us back in time by recalling the actions and thoughts of the persons involved in the conflict. As a tour guide myself, I thoroughly enjoyed our time with Martin! He is also great for answering questions about the entire area and restaurant recommendations. I will gladly recommend Trailblazer Tours Boston to anyone who visits the Boston area. I just wish I had more time to do more tours with them. Thanks for a great time!…

This tour was amazing! Martin took our family of four (including our kids ages 10 and 7) on a 3 hour tour of Boston. He was so accommodating of what our family wanted to see and kept our boys engaged the whole time. We have done other shorter tours before where our boys lost interest halfway through but Martin held their interest for the entire three hours. All four of us said that this is a must do and the best way to see and hear about the sites of Boston! Thank you Martin and Joan, you made our visit to Boston so much fun!…
