Neighborhood: North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church and Copp’s Hill Burying Ground. Take a rest in a cafe on Hanover street and observe the quirky, European character of the North End.

Very relaxing park with many benches to sit and a lot of spacious green lawn to sit on. A perfect place for your dogs as well. Go there late afternoon to evening hours (before it gets dark) and relax just looking at people and the water (and boats). We parked at a garage next to Quincy Market and after visiting Quincy Market and we just walked across a street to get to this waterfront park with many Instagram shots. Only a few short blocks away from most of famous Little Italy restaurants in North End. We walked to the park and relax before walking over to a restaurant in North End. Then after the dinner, we walked over to this waterfront park again and sit down before we went back to our parking garage. Not crowded either.

This park leads access to the North End. It definitely connects people to historic places in the city. Kids can enjoy and run around the playground (no swings though). Not far from Fanueil Hall.

My husband and I loved sitting on a bench at this park and cooling off on a hot July day. We enjoyed the sights around us. It is beautiful to see city views and waterfront views as well. It has some beautiful views and greenery all around it. I would say if you are within a 30 min radius then it is worthwhile to venture and see this gem of a park! If you are a bit further out... maybe see one of the other beautiful parks Boston has to offer.

Came for a morning visit. Their is a decent playground area for smaller kids, a nice garden arch walkway for strolling, and several benches and picnic space options. Theirs a small monument and nice views of the water front from one side of the park. Great to have lunch or take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We went here based on all the pictures and articles describing Christopher Columbus Park as an amazing Christmas lights display throughout the park and the trellis.
Well the trellis was pretty - but otherwise the park is boring especially at night. Spent 5 minutes here and took a few pictures.

The 5 days we visited Boston were foggy, misty, cool, drizzly and rainy but that didn't keep up from enjoying many of the things this city has to offer. Christopher Columbus park was part of that. This lovely park is located on the waterfront near the Long Wharf and enroute to the North End. Great place to sit and rest, to enjoy the views across the water, the boats, or face the city. Nice green space where folks play with their pups or little kids run gleefully free.
Lots of restaurant and shopping choices nearby.

This is a great public park, that is a wonderful place for families, for picnics, and for relaxing. There is a playground, and a rose garden and even a labyrinth that you can walk. There are also special events that happen throughout the year, such as art shows and movie nights in the Summer.
Visit and relax.

Don't miss the Rose Kennedy rose garden. Beautiful harborside views with plenty of local options. The North end, Fanuil hall, Quincy market and the freedom trail are all nearby.
Also, take a walk past the Chart house restaurant and you arrive at the end of the historic Long wharf.

Will you please fix the location of CC Park on the maps?

Hi! I am planning my honeymoon for the middle of november. We would love to stay at The Ladera but my fiance is worried about not being able to sleep well without air conditioning. Can you tell me which rooms (name/type) offer a bedroom with airconditioning?
