Yes, the Black Rose is in the tourist district of Boston, but speaking as a Massachusetts native who cut his 21 year old drinking teeth on this place 20 years ago, you can't miss it, especially when the Irish bands go play. When the place...More

We had a good dinner at The Black Rose. The service was very good and the food came out fast. They make a great Dark and Stormy.

The Black Rose is a great Irish bar located at Faneuil Hall in Boston. Great drinks and music during the evening and Premiere League Soccer during the days.

When we arrived, there were not many people there, so I could not understand why the hostess had such a difficult time in seating us. There were 50 tables to chose from. The menu was typical pub food. No taste and poor appeal lying on...More

Two floors with separate entertainment on each floor, this restaurant pub is very good. The service was good and the Cobb salad excellent (even though it wasn't chopped as advertised). The French Onion soup was average. The noise level is high, but otherwise I recommend...More

Attended a private event at this historic pub, and it was wonderful. The food was great, there was plenty of it, and the beers on tap were very interesting. The upstairs area was fantastic for the private party, with an anteroom with faux fireplace for...More

We knew we couldn't go to Boston and not eat at an Irish-style pub, this place was perfect! The inside was covered in Irish family crest flags, murals from the book of Kells, portraits of famous Irish people, and had a great selection of music...More

The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with
historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through
one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston
Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling
statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the
pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where,
during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting
children and eager tourists through the pond. Have
