Our waiter Vladamir was exceptional and knew his stuff. That was the highlight alongside the view. I ordered the shrimp appetizer for $18.. 4 shrimp. Unremarkable.. I then ordered the Scallops for dinner.. 4 scallops (works out to $9/scallop) and two were a bit overcooked. My wife ordered the filet... Done medium... It was served quite raw in the middle.... Good quality food in an absolutely stunning location. Get a window seat to see the whole of the city and bay.

Beautiful day for drinks in the sky. I must say, the Bananas foster martini is incredible! That coupled with the creme Brule is even better. Never a bad choice if you are in the back bay!

We went for dinner and spent over $200 for just 2 of us. We love going to the resteraunts in the top of the lookout attractions and this was def a very pricey meal. Menu was very limited. My food not so good. Save your money eat at thr bar area and enjoy the same great view.

There is also a surprisingly good place to eat - not something you ever find in these type of buildings with sensational views. definitely worth going.

I expected in advance, pricey food, nice view & okay service. Prior to attending my friends birthday dinner reservation at the Top of the Hub, I checked out the average reviews on Tripadvisor as well as their website for an idea of what I'd like to order. My partner ordered the chicken with potatoes & I ordered a cesar salad.... More

Great place for a solo traveler! Flight was cancelled so took a ride to the Top of the Hub. The good part is they do a good job with the Food, Drinks & Entertainment. Very Classic Jazz band playing on Sunday Night. They were open till midnight. Great scenery! Now the bad part... They're Snobby as all getup... I actually... More

I did a lot of research before our trip to find a good Sunday Brunch location. There seemed to be several great options based on reviews. We chose to eat Sunday brunch here for the proximity to our hotel, the view and also thinking it would be a nice experience for $42 + tax. We were wrong. It was a... More

Staying in Back Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
