Located at commonwealth avenue and Having extensive collection of art from Asia ,Europe(16th and 17th century) and America (19th and 20th), and despite the University Museum of Boston College in Brighton, it has a good recognition in the world of art.

If you are an art lover, BC's museum is worth a visit. Check what the exhibits are and the schedules. Generally well curated.

Free for Boston College students (and I’m pretty sure for other students, as well). Great exhibits, and usually has some sort of crafts, music, and/or food to accompany the art!
