I learned a lot of interesting facts about how chocolate is processed. It was good to be able to try a large variety of chocolate and discuss with the group what each person tasted. I learned proper way to taste chocolate

Anne was our guide and gave us in-depth history of chocolate and was very knowledgeable. We sampled mostly packaged chocolate and we were expecting more to see how chocolate was actually made. We did get to sample some amazing Boston area chocolates, however.

We had fun learning about the right and wrong way to make delicious chocolate truffles. The group had wide range of culinary skills and it was approached with humor.
