Asheville Bee Charmer is a very nice and unique place to visit! The tasting bar alone is something I had never experienced before. As a huge fan of honey and beehives and the role honey bees play in our ecosystem, I had to walk inside this store and try some of their honey. Needless to say that I've tried many different flavors over the years! I specifically asked for some tastes of their pure NOT infused honey. When I tasted the "sourwood" honey, it was very unique and delicious!!! I had never tasted anything like it before. The unique taste alone was enough justification to pay $26 for a 16oz bottle of honey which I found pricy. 350 miles away from Asheville, I excitedly opened the bottle to try it again. The taste was good but not unique and not what I had tasted in the shop. This may have been an honest mistake and some of their infused honey may have got mixed with their pure. The lesson learned is to always open your bottle of honey to make sure what you bought is what you tasted inside in case you need to return it right on the spot. Of course this isn't possible if they honey is meant as a souvenir.

The ladies here were more than helpful and allowed us to taste the varied flavors of their wares. Dog friendly inside to those doggies well behaved. Plan on ordering online in the future due to distance from the store, but will revisit in the future.

This is a charming shop where you can taste all kinds of honey. Everyone there is well educated about honey and even bees. The t-shirts are fantastic and prices are what I would expect for a specialty shop. It’s a great place and supports local, small businesses.

Great shop. I visited the old location 4 years ago and like this one even better. Lots of honey varieties that you can (safely) taste with knowledgeable staff, gift items, stickers, beauty products-basically anything honey or bee related. There is seating for those who don't shop and everything is displayed well. Plus, great customer service. Glad to see this business is growing.

Located near the Grove Park Arcade, this store has everything you need if you have a sweet tooth. So many flavors of honey - some naturally pollinated by the bees and some infused flavors. The best part is they will let you taste test them! We had such a hard time choosing which honey to take home with us. The staff was incredible kind and passionate about their trade. I'm looking forward to ordering more honey online or stopping by again the next time we're in town.

We visited this store on a recent trip to Asheville and had a great experience. Tasted multiple different kinds of delicious honey. Prices were reasonable and products were very high quality. Definitely worth a visit if in Asheville.

Honey lovers! This is your store. This store has honey from all over the USA. They have a honey tasting bar, where you can sample all of the different varieties of honey. They have a travel size in all of the honey varieties as well, and you can make your own sample pack. I ended up getting the tupelo, coffee infused honey, locally grown Sourwood, and the hot honey. They also have bee products and trinkets. I brought home a body lotion and I love it. A little goes along way! Wish we had something like this back where we live! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

What an adorable shop. Everything bees and honey. Large variety of honey to choose from. We specifically enjoyed our honey tasting. The gentleman assisting us was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He also made several suggestions for ways to use certain varieties of the infused honey. We could have stayed and enjoyed for longer if desired. You didn’t feel rushed at all. We purchased several large jars of honey but will definitely return before the holidays to purchase several sampler packs for family and friends’ gifts.

Have been to ABC before and gotten the Chai infused honey and it was awesome. Visited on March 28th, purchased the Chai infused honey. The spice mix must be off because the one overwhelmingly obvious spice was star aniseed. It tasted like Oozo. I really tried to use it but the taste was so overwhelming that I just tossed it.

My daughter and I stopped in here while checking out the downtown area of Asheville. We were able to taste-test some of the amazing honey flavors for free. We bought a bottle of the yummy Blackberry Honey to take home!
Lots of neat merchandise is available.
Super-nice staff!!

So excited the whole family enjoyed themselves at our honey tasting bar. And yes, even better the honey tasting was free! Glad you enjoyed the Blackberry Honey-a little hint of marshmallow in there. We value your business very much and hope to see you again soon. Best, The Team at Asheville Bee Charmer
