This is my second visit to the Orange Peel. I was thankful that seating was available this time. The bathrooms were kept clean which is always surprising when you have that many people in one place. We enjoyed our time. Parking is limited. We are visit Asheville regularly and typically using parking garage, last night they were full so we... More

We were there to see the Steep Canyon Rangers whom we have enjoyed before in other venues. They, of course, were great bu the Orange Peel while fine to dance or party is somewhat lacking as a Listening experience. It is GA so if you dont go early expect to stand. The place was packed..sold out, so was very crowded.... More

Just saw my first show ever here last night and I had a mostly positive experience. The venue is small enough to be intimate and have good sound. Nice beer selection and I didn't think they were crazy expensive (2 16 oz of local brews were about $12 as I recall). I saw a sign that said they have a... More

The orange peel is a hole in the wall venue, provides an intimate concert experience. The bar sucks, the security is brusque and there is absolutely no seating if you wanted it. The liquor is served downstairs away from the concert and can't be brought upstairs. It is what it is, it doesn't pretend to be anything but a cheap... More

This is a great place to catch your favorite band or check out bands you've never even heard of! I've been here many times for many types of shows and I've always had a great time. There's not a bad spot in the house, since it's a smaller venue and the acoustics are great! It's not air conditioned, so gets... More

Floss was amazing. But the staff of the Orange Peel are absolutely rockstar. I was more amazed at watching them communicate and shut down anything against the rules in record time. Thanks Flossy D for the awesome anniversary celebration. Again OP staff y'all are absolutely amazing!!!!! Good job y'all

Just recently went to my first show at TOP. It was a sold out charity acoustic jam put on by the local country music station. I made the two hour trip from Charlotte to see my friend who was one of the featured artists. Again, it was sold out, but it didn't feel too bad inside - although it got... More

Place is cool but the downstairs liqueur room needs a overhaul. Tv is way to small and needs better sound

I have attended a couple shows now at this historic music venue and both times have been amazed at the awesome experience. The lights and sound quality are second to none. The staff members are all very friendly which is a nice change of pace compared to several other music venues I have been to. There is plenty of space... More

We loved this theater which used to be an old roller rink; only fits 1000 or so people so it is very intimate and draws some big name bands. We saw Old Dominion and had a great time. The acoustics were great. If you want to sit however you need to get in line early and therefore gain entry early... More
