well kept; however, unable to locate Tom Wolfe's grave - no information given (although there were pictures of other famous people, like some of the confederate soldiers). The writer O'Henry was marked but not Tom Wolfe's.

This historic cemetery is such a well kept beautiful, peaceful place. If you are looking for the famous folks who rest there, their graves are well marked. You will have no trouble finding them.

After visiting the Thomas Wolfe home we felt led to see his final resting place. We stopped by the cemetery office and a nice young man patiently gave us a map and directory to famous grave sites. We also saw o Henry 's site but...More

If you love cemeteries like I do, you will love this! It is huge and beautiful!! With very old markers and soldier graves. Abdolutely gorgeous!

Beautiful drive through the cemetery, lots of history. Nice walking area, Thomas Wolf, O'Henry, Vance - just a comfortable place to view.

Spent the day wandering through the graves in awe of the history. If you have the time download the guided tour to your phone....it will save you some time and frustration when trying to find certain sites like Thomas Wolfe's memorial

We walked here from our B and B, a magnificent resting place nestled among spectacular old trees, including family of Thomas Wolfe as well as civil war heroes. Very nice peaceful morning walk with helpful local staff.

Went to the cemetery strictly to see the Wolfe Family burial site and the burial site of William Sydney Porter. These are very well marked and worth the visit.

Although it was not quite what we expected, this place was amazing. Deep, rolling hills that go on forever. Such a huge cemetery. Beautiful place. It's like a maze and those hills are steep, so go in your car. Bring a penny and a pencil...More

Riverside Cemetery closes its gates at 8:00pm from April 1st until October 31st. From November 1st to March 31st, the gates close at 6:00pm. -JD
