If you like to shop and eat, you can easily spend an afternoon in the downtown area around Pack Square. Tops For Shoes alone is worth seeing, for its incredible selection of mostly leather shoes from makers all around the world, and old-fashioned individual help....More

Pack Square, with its imposing obelisk in honor of North Carolina governor Zebulon Vance, is a lovely focal point within steps of lively restaurants and shops in Asheville’s vibrant downtown.
