Asheville has great weather and great people I can't remember visiting a place that was so accommodating. Wonderful meals a great comedy tour bus trip and the friendliest folks. Recommend you visit the Arts District and my favorite eatery 12 Bones an incredible BBQ place. Take a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Took the Downtown Classic tour. Great food and drink pairings. Enjoyed learning some of the local history from our wonderful tour leader, Jacqui! Did with a larger group and felt we all had a great time. So impressed with the tour that we are going back in August with family for the High Roller Tour. Can't wait.

We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our Classic Downtown food tour. We started at the Battery Book exchange with a glass of sparkling wine, along with trout dip and pimento cheese on toast. Our next stop was Bomba where we had a taste of Latin street food, along with a taste of dark beer. Marvelous! We continued on to more... More

We have done the High Roller and the Downtown Classic multiple times but never even been to West Asheville until today. What a jewel of a neighborhood I loved everything about it. The tour was packed full of great plates and tastings of beer or cocktails at each stop. We enjoyed this more than the high roller but maybe because... More

We took the Thursday High Rollers eating Asheville tour and were delighted. Our guide, Jacqui, was very knowledgeable not only about the foods and wines we were served during our 7 stops, but about the history of Asheville as well. Starting at Cucina 24 where we were served porketta paired with a lovely red wine from the Piedmont region to... More

Jacqui led the way to 7 fine food establishments in downtown Asheville where my daughter and I enjoyed a nice variety of small servings with wine pairings. It was fun to meet new people while sampling tuna tartare, midnight curry, pickled beets, ravioli florentine, crepes and the delicious wines (the Rosso at Cucina 24 was my favorite). The fine finish... More

Don't miss the High Roller "Eating Asheville" tour if you want to get a great overview of the local Asheville scene. Our guide, Jacquai, was a great, informed guide to the local restaurant scene in downtown Asheville. Well worth the cost and time spent. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes for walking and bring an umbrella if the sky looks... More
