    Fun and Educational
Our walking tour made a stop at LEAF Global Arts. We were glad they did. They have wonderful exhibits featuring music and art from around the world. They also sell cold drinks at very reasonable prices, which we appreciated on a warm, humid day.

    A MUST do in Asheville
What a magical experience!! You can feel the energy and love as soon as you walk through these doors. The culture and stories are so impactful. We have three kiddos from 6 to 11 years old and it was such an incredible afternoon for all of us. Every detail of the space has been wonderfully thought out and the Interactive music studio blew us away. The only thing that we would like is more time there! Do yourself a favor and make sure that this is a MUST Destiination as soon as you get to Asheville!

    Must visit!
This small but densely meaningful center in downtown Asheville celebrates humans as a global community, united by art and music. It's colorful, interactive (it even has an instrument "petting zoo" where you can play African Drums, autoharps, keyboards, and other super fun stuff!). It houses a West African fashion designer and alterations expert who is also a fantastic drummer. These are the people behind the long-running LEAF festival and LEAF Schools and Streets, with chapters all over the world. It all started in Asheville. This place is a must-visit!

    Beautiful and Inspiring!
This global hub is a must see if you are in Asheville! There are interactive stations that let you listen to music from around the world - click on a spot on the global map and listen in! The historic and modern artwork covering the floors, walls, ceiling, stairways...is amazing. Virtual Reality station takes you wherever you want to visit. Music room, historic maps and posters, kind and informative staff waiting to teach you or just answer questions. Come alone, come with friends, bring your children, etc. See it all in under an hour or spend hours immersed in art and culture...! A treasure in Asheville, for adults and kids alike.

    Jazz jam Thursdays 7-10
While visiting Asheville my wife and I enjoyed the every Thursday 7-10 jazz jam. First hour was a local trio followed by local musicians sitting in. Great time and vibe. Staff and musicians very much appreciated the attendance. $10 donation suggested for the art center. Enjoy.

    Awe-inspiring and heart warming!
My daughter and her friend absolutely LOVED coming here and learning about cultures from all over the world. What a fantastic idea and the artistry and creativity that went into the building and exhibits was stunning. They especially loved the instrument "petting zoo" and could have played there for hours. Thank you LEAF for being a beacon of light and hope, for celebrating and honoring cultural diversity and education!

    Welcoming and informative
We ducked inside during an afternoon rainstorm and were greeted warmly. African music, shared stories of world travels and genuine Interest in people demonstrated Leaf Global’s purpose of connecting people and cultures. They offer art activities, summer camps and community outreac towards the goal of educating and sharing about other cultures. Good people working towards a beautiful goal!

A cultural getaway and fun for the whole family
Incredible and creative place to visit, especially with kids! Kids were able to explore musical instruments from around the world in the instrument petting zoo! We also did arts and crafts, played games, and enjoyed the art from around the world. A beautiful place. Will definitely visit again. Kelsey was so helpful and encouraged artistic ideas and play throughout our time there. The Director was also super nice!

Interactive, cultural space with music and art from around the world
What a wonderful hands-on experience! We learned so much about the local neighborhood and the rich culture of Asheville. This interactive space allowed our family, especially our teens, to see and hear music from so many places around the world. Our tour guide, Reggiana, was knowledgeable and so fun to be around. Art abounds on every doorway, stairwell and wall. A colorful, vibrant setting to explore for all ages. We can’t wait to go back!

The LEAF Global Arts has so much to offer!
The LEAF Global Arts is a wonderful company with so much to offer! From Festivals, to Workshops, to Kids Programs, and even yearly Retreats. They truly embody what it means to unite cultures, educate young minds, and create community in the WNC area. I can't wait to continue to see what they accomplish and be in support of their mission in any way that I can. The staff is so friendly and hands on with all their programs. They care so much about the environment and experience that they're creating for others!

What an amazing place! Definitely worth your time and energy. It will leave you with a happy and up beat heart. The global center is great for kids and adults. They are very COVID responsible so you can feel safe. A great museum quality interactive experience . Plus a great little gift shop with very cool global and local art. (See fab bag in photo)
