Our tour guy, Tad was very upbeat & funny. He assured us that all 80 of us would be able to hear him throughout the tour (we did!) It was a chilly night but no fog :( My nieces and I were excited to get spooked. The tour didn’t disappoint. Tad was great at ensuring all the guests were together before he began his stories. There were about 4 of them...I wished there were more. My favorite was in front of a church, Tad was telling us the story and almost on que, the wind picked up and sounded the chimes nearby. My niece, sister in law and I I took photos in which later we discovered orbs :-o it was fun. All the stories were entertaining. Be prepared to bring your umbrellas because rain or dry the tour goes on. I’m so glad we did the tour. Thanks for a great time Tad!

Not your most pleasant night to do a walking tour as it was raining but it was worth it! Christian was our guide. He was very passionate about telling the history side of the buildings we visited. Very good story teller. He had done paranormal investigation research on different sites that he elaborated on throughout the tour. My group stayed and talked with him more once everyone else from the tour left because we were so interested in what he had to say. Very interesting stuff. Would definitely take some friends on this tour only if he was our guide.

We used to live in Asheville before moving to Wilmington and we never did the touristy-stuff while we lived there. We took a trip to Asheville to celebrate my birthday on Jan 16, 2020 and decided to do a ghost tour. It was soo cold, but soo worth it. Brian was so engaging, thorough, knowledgeable and you would hear the passion in his voice. Learning the history of the town was so awesome and I can't believe we didn't do it when we lived there. We will definitely be going again - maybe when it warms up a little, though :) HIGHLY recommend!

We actually signed up for the ghost tour for last Thursday and the supernatural tour on Friday. We are from another state and were visiting NC on our honeymoon and stayed in a town close to Asheville. We showed up Thursday and after watching the surrounding area, determined that the area may not be the best to be walking around in the dark...so we left before the tour started and took the loss. I emailed that same day, more than 24 hrs in advance (around 6pm to be exact) to cancel Friday’s tour-NO RESPONSE. I have emailed two more times with no response. Called-got an automated message saying not to leave a message because they wouldn’t listen to it. The confirmation email for my purchase and their website even state a refund will be given for cancellations at least 24 hrs in advance. I am not someone to waste my time with a hateful review but this business is clearly ran very poorly and do not live up to their word-they can’t even be bothered with responding when you try to reach them through the contact method THEY recommended.

This was my second time in Asheville so I had already done a ghost tour but I still wanted to do something supernatural-related. I did the Supernatural Walking Tour and the guide, Tadd, was absolutely delightful and incredibly fun. He went into a few non-ghost supernatural occurrences in Asheville, a history of the legends of vampires, the mysticism of the early settlers of the area.... So much information, absolutely got my money's worth. He answered any and all questions anyone in the group had and let those questions lead into some additional discussions. This was the most fun I've had on a ghost/supernatural tour and I visit at least one tour like this in every city I vacation in. Tadd is a wonderful and captivating storyteller.

My husband and I did this tour Friday night and it was excellent. We do ghost tours all the time when we travel and this was one of my favorites. We have recommended it to some of our friends already. There we so many cool stories about the history of Asheville and how they related to the haunting. Our guide was awesome. I am terrible with names but it was Friday night Oct 7 at 9 pm. Fantastic story teller and an all around nice guy. He mentioned he is a middle school teacher and I think those are some lucky kids to have such A knowledgeable and engaging teacher. I believe these guides should be tipped and noticed no one did tip. On a lot of tours we have been on the guide mentions that tips are appreciated but no one mentioned it on this trip so maybe figure out a way to put that in the spiel somewhere.

My daughter and I went to the mountains for a weekend getaway and she chose to do this tour on the Friday we arrived. Christian was our guide, and he was phenomenal: engaging, knowledgeable, entertaining. He set the tone early on and did not disappoint- a perfect mix of eerie, history, humor and storytelling. Even though it was a large crowd, he noticed I was struggling a bit asked if I were Ok. I had left my coat at our Airbnb and the night was chilly. My daughter is already planning a return trip to do the tour again with my niece.

Real life stories (from the reviews!!) tour guide was great, I would highly recommend this tour. Wear comfy shoes and bring a water bottle :)

Covid: everyone in our group was respectful and had masks donned, tour guides wore masks appropriately. Downtown was busy, despite the covid restrictions and restaurant caps, but the guide did a great job allowing us time to cross the street.

My husband and I had the pleasure of having Brian as our tour guide. He was amazing! Brian was so excited about the history of Asheville it was contagious. He spoke to you as if you were the only one on the tour. I learned so much history that I cannot wait to go back for another tour. I can’t say enough good things about this walking tour.
Thanks, Kelly Carlson from Lake Tahoe, California

We learned so much about Asheville on this tour which was interesting. Very light on the spooky/ghost aspect so definitely keep that in mind. Also, the Company has booked 80 guests for the tour the night we went, which I think is way too many. I think it would be much easier for walking and asking questions if limited to a reasonable number!
