Stu was our tour guide and took us on the most wonderful food tour in downtown Asheville. He was really funny, extremely knowledgeable about not only the restaurants, but also about the history of Asheville. We enjoyed all of the stops we made and loved meeting several owners and chefs of these amazing restaurants. I highly recommend anyone looking for... More

This was the first food tour that I had been on, and it certainly did not disappoint! Each restaurant we went to was excellent and unique, and we got to try a good variety of food. There was certainly no shortage of food either, as we left the tour quite full and satisfied with the portions they provided. Our guide... More

Loved the food tour, but want to return when Asheville is not so congested with tourism. We did not know that the week between Christmas and New Year was the busiest week of the calendar year in Asheville. The food tour would have been more enjoyabe and intimate if there was not 20-plus foodies in the group! So, looking forward... More

I highly recommend you take this tour! Our guide Paddy, took us on a fantastic walk through some of Asheviile's best eats, drinks, and sweets! We are foodies, and always try out a food tour in a new town when we visit. This was one of THE BEST we have ever done! Make time for this early in your visit,... More

Not only did we discover the history of Asheville along the way, but the food stops were incredible. The 7 stops along the way were each a treat to behold and savour. Would recommend to anyone visiting Asheville. The bonus was the Passport at the end, where you get discounts to go back to visit or try other sights.

We had a great tour with Paddy. We were lucky enough to have a private tour. All of the restaurants were wonderful. Paddy was very personable & entertaining. Thanks for a wonderful day Paddy. We were full for the rest of the day.

The Asheville Walking Food Tours with Paddy was a great way to experience the history and restaurant scene in Asheville. We enjoyed Paddy's comments and jokes. It was a highlight of our trip.

Tour took four hours, was at a comfortable pace. Walking distance was just perfect. Tour consisted of some good stops, but several were not really food tours as one would think of them. One, a chocolate place - very interesting and a good number of samples. Another was an oil and vinegar place, which was alright, but not expected on... More
