I simply love coming here when in town. It's such a wonderful place to sit and relax with a new (to me) book, newspaper and a cup of coffee or later in the day a cool refreshing cocktail. They have a good selection of new and gently used books.

We popped in here on our honeymoon and ended up spending quite a bit of time in it! My husband got a strawberries and cream Italian soda and I got the Scarlet Letter- a sparkling Napa blend with lime and orange juice. One of the best cocktails I've ever had and the book selection was incredible! I wish we could... More

My wife stumbled on this gem and immediately called me to join her. It's like drinking in the library. Beer, wine, champagne. Relaxing sofas and dog friendly. Nice selection of drinks, something for just about everyone. A must see libation.

I hit this place up because there was an adorable outside sitting area, champagne, coffee and books! Service was prompt and friendly! Decor was cute, only had a couple champagne cocktails while sitting outside. There were several artists, and plenty of people watching to do!

What a great way to spend an afternoon. My husband is not much of a reader so he happily sat and had a drink while I got lost in the stacks. Great experience.

We stopped at this book store as it was recommended to me as a great coffee shop in Asheville. My college aged son is a literature freak and also loves coffee. This shop is more about the wine and champagne than the coffee. My son ordered a gilbratar and they asked him how to make it. I ordered a decaf... More

We needed more time.... MUCH more time. Loved the decor, and being a bit of a book lover / fanatic, this was like crack to an addict. Unfortunately we could not drink that morning, otherwise walking around with champagne or a bloody would have been, well, bloody awesome ! Do NOT pass GO, do NOT collect $200, go here !

This place is a book-lover's dream! I wandered for hours looking at books and immersing myself in the beautiful atmosphere before making a few purchases. My traveling companion purchased a drink and found a comfortable nook where she could relax and wait for me. This is a very unique and special book store. Don't miss it!

We accidentally found this place, and we are so happy we did. Nice selection of wine and champagne with friendly bartenders. We enjoyed browsing the nice selection of books while sipping champagne. We even bought a book! Ver nice atmosphere.

what a delightful discovery! every town should have a place like this. Lots of lovely bubbles by the glass, as well as wines, beer and even coffee. Oh yes there is also food, but we only had champagne. And you can take your beverage and peruse the racks and stacks of great reading material. All this in a beautiful set... More
