Ahseville is a very haunted city. Several of our pictures had orbs in them. Learned a lot about the history too. Tip: Bring a digital camera. The people on our tour with cell phones cameras didn't get much.

The tour was very informative and had lots of stories. Never expected to catch anything but one of our pictures has what looks to be a man leaning against a tree. You can make out that he is wearing a hat. It is a lot of walking. The only negative was the misunderstanding about start time. The website tells you... More

I went to visit some girl friends from Grad School this past weekend and another friend recommended this tour. I am part of a paranormal investigation team in Raleigh, so I love exploring the paranormal side of different towns and buildings around the country. I chose the Montford tour because of some spiritual activity received last year in my best... More

The tour of historic Montford was fascinating, start to finish. Our tour guide was Debra Maddox, and she knows her stuff. She has researched this area extensively, and it shows in the delivery of information she gives as you walk through the beautiful neighborhood of Montford. The tour also includes the use of several different types of ghost hunting equipment.... More

Loved this tour. We took the downtown tour. What a hoot. People-watching, ghost-hunting, and learning about Asheville. We saw things we've never seen anywhere -- both from the town and on people's cameras with orbs. Someone even got a foggy mist

A great evening stroll out on the town. Nice balance of history an stories. If you like paranormal stuff, it's a good tour cuz they use equipment and help you use it. Kinda interesting even if you're not a believer.

Have lived here for years and while Ilove Asheville, I had no real idea of the very special place I live in. The ghost tales and the history was amazing. What a town.

Lots of fun. Very knowledgeable guide. I carried devining rods and got a lot of response. The tour later about two hours and learned much about Asheville.

It was only the 2 of us and our guide, Marisa. She gave us historical information that was fun and informative and related to the ghosts/spirits. She let us use paranormal equipment and we had a blast! We would definitely recommend this tour!

A nice mix of architecture, the paranormal, and history. It's always nice to get the dark side stories of a place, and this tour did not disappoint. Would highly recommend.
