We purchased tickets to see a comedy show at this theatre. Get there early enough because parking is not the easiest in downtown Asheville. The entrance and ticket scanning went smoothly, your purses/bags will be searched before entering the building. There are several concessions if...More

We love this venue for live music or any type of event. There really is not a bad seat in the house. The staff is really warm and friendly too!

Not a bad seat in the house. Had a pleasant time at the SoCon Tournament. Bathrooms were clean with all the fans. A little tight as far as the streets and all. But over enjoyed the the Tournament.

Great shows and events come through the Asheville Civic Center, but as a resident of the Asheville area - I am ashamed to see how old and run down this wonderful auditorium is. Time for the city to invest some dollars in bringing this center...More

Yes. I brought my regular size purse in and there were no issues. Security looks in it before you go inside.

I would suggest to the center and the back rows of the orchestra seats. The acoustics are not the best and if you sit too close the sound will go over your head. The first 2 sections of the balcony level are also good and... More
