We did this tour on June 23, 2022 and it was excellent. This was my 26th National Park visit with this stop at Dante Fascell Visitor Center in Biscayne National Park. The Visitor Center here is very nice too. Our cruise was on a comfortable pontoon boat. Our captain and tour guide were excellent - Thanks to Joey & Michael. We learned about the history of the bay, park and some of the islands. Boca Chita Key was very beautiful and we learned more background history too. I enjoyed the great photo opportunities around the island. If you visit Biscayne's National Park Visitor Center, I highly recommend at least one tour and this was a great one!

My husband had business in Fort Lauderdale, so I took the car and drove to this National Park. I had reserved my snorkeling tour in advance. I brought my own fins but wish I had just rented some there and saved that space in my luggage. I almost backed out but sure am glad I didn't. There were about 12 of us on the boat. We went by Elliot's Key and several others. We snorkeled in the mangroves and out by a reef. Weather was great and our guide was very interesting and knowledgeable. Lots of conservation going on in this area. Lots of history. Very enjoyable.

Great Snorkeling trip for beginners and experienced swimmers :) lots of fish and clear warm water. Loved being near the keys and loved that the money spent went towards the National Park.

We did the Jones Lagoon Paddling tour of the mangroves. The comments for the trip say it’s a maximum of 6 people, but it was just us and another couple, so it was quite nice. A lot of mosquitos out there, so don’t forget to bring your bug spray! We saw a few sharks, the clearest of waters, and all kinds of fish. Our captain, Byron, was wonderful. Patient and very informative. He even gave us a recommendation for an excellent restaurant to eat at afterwards. We will be back to see what other tours they have to offer!! Thank you!

We had terrific time on the historic Key Biscayne tour! The weather was perfect, sunny and the water was smooth as glass. Our captain and guide were extremely knowledgeable and funny! We learned the fascinating history of how the park came to be and they answered all the questions everyone had. We visited on a Thursday and there were only 11 people on the boat. We stopped at Boca Chita Key and we’re able to go in to the lighthouse to the top for a spectacular view. I highly recommend this tour especially if you are not interested in getting wet. We had plenty of shade and water on board. I’d recommend using the facilities before you board or on the key, as the “head” on the boat is less than desirable. Check the NOAA marine forecast for water conditions if you are worried about rough water. It IS a bay but it’s quite large and I can imagine it could get rough on windy days. Can’t say enough good things about this tour and our guides! My sister lives in Miami and she was even highly interested and learned a lot about the area.
