I found this a very worthwhile location. The collection of art was astounding. The history and collection of ship models through the ages was impressive. It was an interesting display of the areas events from the shipping and leisure travel view point.

After hurricane Harvey destroyed the place she was originally suppose to have her wedding, this place was available and ended up being perfect!! Everything ran so smoothly and plenty of room for all! I was very impressed with the way things turned out!

It was a very nice place and we enjoyed seeing the art and world war exhibits. It would be great for people who like that sort of thing. It also had a Boy Scout exhibit. Some beautiful western art was all around also.

We went for scout day. I never heard of it before. We were very pleasantly surprised about the size and amour of historical artifacts they had. I will definitely go again when we have more time to spend there.

Once you visit the Clifton Steamboat Museum, you'll wonder why you didn't come earlier! The museum is HUGE and contains much, much more than steamboats so don't let the name fool you. Their Audubon collection is one of the best I've seen. Visit and you...More
