Go early to have more hands on time with the alligators. The shows with the bigger alligators seem to involve the young interns getting the beasts to swim over and snap in close proximity to their hands. One day the old gators will get a result! Is it worth making a long journey to? Probably not given the cost. But... More

Came here for a couple hours with the family. Watched the biggest alligator show. Watched a couple of other shows. There are baby alligators in the main building along with other reptiles. $15 per adult and $12 per kid. $2.50 for a bag of feed (dog food).

We had a great time here. Lots of gators and other critters to see. They had a nice assortment of reptiles and some really helpful people to tell you lots more about them. I would've given it five stars, but with a family of 5 at $12 per kid and $15 for adults, it seemed a little pricey. It really... More

Took my 10 and 12 year old Grandsons to see the "Gators". Their smiles told the whole story the entire time we were there. From wading with the young alligators, crawling around with the turtles, feeding the big alligators, or holding a more mature alligator, they were thrilled. Great fun for Grammy and Grampy too! The staff were quite pleasant... More

My grandson works at Gator Country, so it's natural to take out-of-town guests there. Biology students serve as externs, learning about reptiles native to southeast Texas as well as more exotic crocodilians. The great-grandchildren were able to interact with baby alligators (snouts taped shut) for a short time. Care is taken to keep visitors and reptiles safe. Snacks, cold drinks,... More

We were visiting family in Port Arthur and we were looking for somethig to do. Boy are we glad we decided on this!. We did a boat tour of a swamp along with the adventure park. That was one of the most educational and fun trips ever. Our boat captian Damon Bailey was terrific. He is so knowlegable about all... More

We always wanted to visit a gator farm and couldn't have picked a better one. It's not a farm but a rescue. See alligators get fed! See the amazing Mr. Arlie do tricks with the huge "Big Al!" And after all that, stick around for a great presentation that will open your mind to the world of alligators and beyond.... More

The bridge over the gator pond needs to be replaced, but they appear to be working on it. The only thing between you and the alligators is an unlocked chain link fence and for the smaller ones inside is just a sign saying don't touch. Our 3 year old behaved but it was not without a couple of attempts to... More
