There is literally not much to see here. The claim to fame of this little building is that it is the nation's smallest U.S. Post Office. Believe it or not, there is actually a member of the U.S. Postal Service inside selling stamps, mailing letters, and doing all the normal post office stuff. It's worth a quick stop just to... More

A fun and super easy stop on the cross-state road, the world's smallest post office has an informational sign and a working shack. When I visited, it was closed despite the hours posted sign indicating it should be open. I wasn't going to buy any stamps, so that wasn't a big concern. Visit the Skunk Ape Research Center and talk... More

I was delighted to learn about this Post Office. I always have appreciated the services of the U.S. Postal Service. The wonderful people at Wooten's informed us of this place when I had inquired about a post card. This post office is the smallest post office in the USA!

This was really just an impulse stop during our Florida road trip. We were driving through the Everglades/Big Cypress National Preserve on the Tamiami Trail (route 41) and knew we had to stop. We thought it would be neat to be able to say we went to the smallest post office in the country. It really didn't disappoint! It was... More

We didn't expect to come across a post office here. Such an amazing place we bought post cards and later returned to post them to get the post mark.

I would drive there just to see it. If you are passing bye maybe. It is smaller than most people's sheds in there back yard. And mosquitoes are bad in the summer.

A very unique post office. Glad we stopped by. Loved the history and that the post office is still operational.

Yes, it's an actual working post office. We took a picture. You could mail a Florida postcard back to someone who would appreciate it.

Made a quick stop to see the smallest (?) post office in the United States on our way to our airboat tour. Interesting history behind it and a great place to stretch your legs and take advantage of a photo op!
