Could have spent hours here, so many options and possible projects await. Just to be in the space enriched our vacation.

This is a delightful shop with a HUGE selection of yarn. However, the shop is located in an old-fashioned store, so no "industrial" feel. There is yarn tucked in lots of nooks and crannies, so allow yourself plenty of time to look around. They have many samples made up in the various yarns, which I always find helpful. They also carry lots of notions that you don't find everywhere. Love this shop!

I took a day trip to Berlin, MD while I was on my annual vacation to Greyhounds Reach the Beach and the Dewey Gathering in Dewey Beach, DE. A Little Bit Sheepish is a wonderful shop. It is filled with great yarn--some standards as well as some locally created brands. The stock is plentiful and the shop is arranged so that shopping is easy. The first floor is very spacious, but to make things even better, they have a second floor with even MORE yarn! I was able to wander around looking at yarn to my heart's content before making my selections. And, when you are upstairs take a look at the gorgeous tin ceiling and read the historical plaque describing the building's original purpose. Did I need more yarn? Absolutely not! But I found some yarn that was too gorgeous not to "adopt."

I wish this yarn store was closer to me. It had a great selection of yarn on two floors. The knitting circle upstairs looked warm and inviting. I would love to experience it someday. The building itself is quite unique. I loved the wide stairway leading to the second floor. Many, many beautiful yarns here.
