Tyson’s is a great mall with numerous well known stores and good restaurants. Examples include Macy’s,Nordstrom’s, Bloomingdales, and Barnes & Nobles.

Mall is multi-faceted and layered. If there is only a small amount of time, it is best to drive the car to the parking space you want, which is closest to your destination. The parking houses are clear and large.

Actually there are two Tysons. This one is anchored by Nordstrom which is a great department store. Lots of smaller stores, nice food possibilities and loads of free parking.

Tyson corner station runs the METRO that connects downtown DC through its outskirts. You will need to get to UNION STATION in downtown DC and catch the Amtrak train to Philadelphia.
