My family relived the same trip we did in 1991 with WWRE. It was the best way to get away during COVID. Being on the river for 4 days was so enjoyable and so peaceful. It was a great way to socially distance as a family and forget some of the chaos in the rest of the world. The camp sites were perfect, allowing plenty of time for the whole family to bond and have fun and relax. The meals were amazing!!! I couldn't believe we had steaks on our last night in the canyon. The stars and sights were incredible!!! Our head guide, Zac, was a top notch professional with so much talent and passion for life. We all were so impressed with him. My late 70s parents even had an amazing time reliving this same trip with all their grandkids. It was a trip we wish we could do every year, and without a doubt we would recommend WWRE as an outfitter every time.

My boys and I just returned from World Wide River Expeditions's 4 day Cataract Canyon trip. We were not even through the first day before my youngest son (15 years old) was saying that we need to return regularly, He was having a blast. The 17.9 year old was having a great time too.
Our guides Zac, Mitchell, Wyatt and Eli went over the top in making sure that we were having a great time and that we were being taken care of.
This is a family run business that has been going for decades. They care for the river, the canyon and the people on the trip. They all had a real passion for what they do.
I would give a higher rating than 5 star if I could.
Ages ranged from 15 to 65 on the trip and all had a great time. It would be hard to get a negative response from any of the 22 people on this trip.
The food was excellent too! Zac had to repeatedly divulge the secrets from his recipes.
We will be back and we will be calling World Wide River Expeditions when we do.

We did the World Wide River Expedition full day Fisher Towers trip. Booking the trip was easy online and communication was great. The staff was very friendly getting us started. Our river guide, Shipley, was fantastic. She was experienced at guiding the raft down the river and she was great fun for the kids. We had a wonderful time and would happily refer friends to World Wide River Expeditions.

We floated the day trip through Westwater Canyon with World Wide and thoroughly enjoyed the trip. They offered us a delicious lunch and took care of everything to make this a very memorable trip. I would highly recommend this for any family. The class of water was around 3-4 the day of our trip. Their guides are professional and over the top courteous. Get out on the river and have some fun!

This was one of the best trips I've been on in a while for sure. we started the Cataract Canyon trek on 6/24/2020 with our guides Zac, Mitchell, Wyatt, and Eli which all were the best. On the first day, I decided that I should get my dad to make this a regular trip at least once every 2 years because it was already a whole lot of fun. By the end of the trip, I learned a lot of new things such as a backflip and that rafting can be a very good way to meet a lot of people. I will definitely go back in the near future to raft the Colorado River again.

I have to admit, when my husband and I got on the boat to start Cataract Canyon trip we were a bit nervous because it was just the 2 of us, and 4 other families that all knew each other! We felt like 5th wheels. But by day two we loved it! I guess camping brings people closer together. Right? The guides really took good care of us. We went on the Loop Hike and Will (one of the guides) and Mike (one of the men from the families) babied us down the steep scramble. Oh the rapids, so very fun! And the food was delicious. We were so amazed that we had fresh food in such a remote area. These guides are magicians! They always were keeping track, making sure everyone was having a great time. Our guides were Jed and Eli, Marcus, Will and Tommy. This is the third year in a row someone in our family has been on a Worldwide float trip. We cannot think of anything they could have done better.

I took my family of five on the half day Fisher Towers trip - and we all wish we would have done the full day! My kids (twin 9 year olds girls and 8 year old boy) absolutely loved it and their favorite parts were the rapids. It's an easy trip, so if you're worried about having experience on the river, you don't need any. It was the first time my kids or wife had done anything like this. Like I said, it's a nice easy ride with a few rapids in their for some fun. The views were great and I felt like the value was perfect. Highly recommend.

What an amazing day. Great staff and very friendly. Whole trip felt safe and well organised. We had booked just a morning but had so much fun allowed to stay on for the afternoon.
Well done Team WWE. We will be back.

Killer trip with our scout troop down Cataract Canyon with guides Dana, Jedd, and Derek. Can't say enough about how happy we were with everything. A few highlights:

Big Whitewater: There is a reason WWRE takes 33 foot S-rigs and an 18 foot rowboat when the river is running over 40,000 CFS. Big water requires big boats. I'll never forget dropping into Big drop 2. The roar of the rapids and the hydrology were off the charts. Derek seemed especially intent on ensuring the hits of water coming over the front of the boat were huge!

Great meals: The trips for the scouts have different food than the commercial trips. We had fajitas, hamburgers, spaghetti for dinner. Sandwiches and wraps for lunch. Breakfasts were French toast, pancakes, and McRivers (Sausage Egg and cheese on bagels).

Cleanliness: Because WWRE has a permit from the National Park Service, the guides even adhered to food handling regulations. They washed dishes with hot water, sanitized with bleach. They had hand washing stations set up for the groover and for meals.

Well placed Groovers: if you are going to use the groover, it might as well have a great view. Truth be told, THE ENTIRE TRIP HAD AWESOME VIEWS.

Professional guides: These guys were there to help us have a good time. They catered to our trip. Never heard them swear or tell an off color joke. They even showed up with a fresh shave. Shout out to Dana and his green shorts he has worn for 4 years on rapid day. They were good luck for us. They had good relationships with the other guides from other companies on the river. They even helped another company who wanted a spotter as they went through the big drops.

Safety: These guys didn't take safety lightly in the least. They checked life jackets, secured the rafts, taught us to use a throw bag, watched the propellers. Counted heads.

Great hikes: Petrified trees, Indian ruins, The Loop, The Dollhouse, fossils. There was cool stuff all over the place.

River time: Loved being out there without cell service. The boys didn't touch their phones for 4 days except for maybe to take a few pictures. We woke up when the sun rose, we went to bed when it went down. We were off the clock and it was super relaxing.

Cool camps: Highlights included horseshoes on the sandy beach of Brown Betty, stargazing, exploring the boulders, catching lizards, and some great rocks to jump off.

Front office: Steve, Nicki, and Julia were really easy to work with.

Great value: Great deal! Would recommend them to any group.
