We hired Paddle Moab to shuttle our SUV and our back window was broken during the shuttle. They hide behind their waiver and claimed that it was not their fault. The SUV has 160,000 miles on it and has never had a window suddenly burst until they drove it for 60 miles. (fishy???) But moreover, their customer service after the incident was defensive, arrogant, and rude. Josh offered a "Sorry", but no real consolation or resolution was offered or even discussed. I will never hire them again mostly because of the way this was handled not because of an accident. I don't like working with people that will not listen to reason or work with me.

Landon was an excellent guide for our first time rappelling. He was encouraging and made it fun. We will definitely go back and use their services again. My wife and I are hooked on rappelling now. Highly recommend!

Our family did a canyoneering and rapelling adventure with Jack and Joshua. They were fantastic and helped both our boys 10yo and 7yo feel comfortable and safe as they rapelled for the 1st time. They were patient, shared a lot of great info about the park and answered the million questions our kids asked with a smile. Best day to spend a half day in moab. Thank you Paddle Moab and team.

The Paddle Moab canyoneering tour led by Nate was a highlight from our Moab trip! Our guide made the tour super exciting and fun while also sharing cool facts about the region and ecosystem. The trip involved a short hike, two repels, and then a hike out of the canyon. Our guide knew the area very well and gave clear directions which made me feel safe and at ease repelling into the canyons. The views were amazing! Highly recommend!

Our Guide Nate kept us safe. The people in our group were novices and it was very special. We had great fellowship on the hikes. Everyone was courageous. Actually, I think this was a great deal. It could have easily been priced at a higher price. I had a bad experience rappelling in Hawaii down waterfalls. I really wanted to overcome the bad experience.

My husband and I had a great day with our Guide, Misha. We are seasoned campers, hikers, canoeists. Hubby had rafted before, but I had tried neither sport prior to this combo trip.

Misha was very helpful and guided us through the basics of mountain biking. She encouraged us throughout the easy trail and the single-track trail. What a great first-time experience! We finished the ride with confidence. The rented bike had full-suspension with a dropper seat. From the bike trail, the views of Arches NP were gorgeous!

We drove upstream to a launching point on the Colorado River for our rafting adventure. Along the way, we spotted the filming of a wagon train. After a quick picnic lunch, we began our rafting adventure. Again, Misha talked me through all of the basics of rafting and paddling. Her approach was confident and gentle. Between the rapids, she steered the bow of the raft toward points of interest. Especially fun was the bankside movie set for Kevin Costner's latest movie project. The rapids were not too wild, just enough excitement for a first-timer! Yes, we got wet.

The vibe of Paddle Moab is like a big family. Multiple staff members/guides chatted with us and made us feel at home. It is obvious that they love what they do: taking us out to enjoy Moab and bringing us back safely.

I visited Moab with two friends and we went on a 1/2 day canyoneering trip with Paddle Moab. Canyoneering was a great way to see Moab: active but not too rigorous and exciting but not terrifying. Nate was our guide, and he was AWESOME—I highly recommend booking with him. He was very well versed in the safety aspects of canyoneering, which set my mind at ease. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and made the day super fun. 14/10 highly recommend!
