My daughter and I have been coming to Moab to extreme sport since my daughter was 4, so 5 out of the past 7 years we've headed West to Utah over the week of 4th of July. Our first time in Moab we picked things to do based on their websites but we continue to go back because they are amazing!

We've done the Sunset Hummer tour at High Point 4 out of our 5 trips, we ALWAYS rent our RAZRs from them and have done the self-driven "on your own" tour and the actual self-driven guided tours and have had the most amazing luck with guides and the machines.

Specifically Tyler (big black poofy hair, 6'5") and Little Tyler have been our favorites...actually till this year we'd request them upon booking our adventures.

The owners Scott and Lauren (I think that's her name) are so sweet that they actually called my daughter and I part of their family which means we will NEVER rent anywhere else again. Next year I fully expect to walk in there and get hugs.

With High Point not only do you get amazing guides and just over all neat people but you get a true sense of the culture of Moab and how truly chill and relaxed the whole town is.

We highly recommend High Point Hummer and ATV as you can't beat the best guides and prices in Moab!

we took the hells revenge sunset tour, it was awesome and the terrain is WILD. The views are spectacular, and the sunset is beautiful! It gets a little chilly once the sun starts going down so bring a light layer to throw on half way through. Tim was our guide and he was a super awesome dude, took us on a great route!

The only con-
Our fan broke about 30 min in and we needed a replacement 4x4. I’m not sure if there wasn’t someone in the shop waiting but it took an hour and 20 min to get a replacement 4x4 out to us which was a little frustrating. My only recommendation for High Point is if there is an active tour our please have someone available to run out onto the trail if something goes wrong.

We went on the sunset hummer tour with our four kids: 6, 4, and 2 y.o. twins. It was so fun! I don’t think we were really prepared for Hell’s Revenge but that didn’t matter. It was the perfect end to a great vacation in Moab. Our tour-guide, Brett, was amazing. He had great stories and tons of knowledge. Highly recommend this company in general and the hummer tour specifically.

A few tips:

they have blankets if you ask for them. It was helpful since this time of year, the desert can get cool around sunset. Or wear a sweater or jacket.

They had snacks and tons of water but for my kids having an extra mint or something they could enjoy was good if they were getting antsy or nervous.

Booster seats (for older kids) aren’t really needed since the hummers only have lap-belts, but car seats (for toddlers and babies) will be required to keep your kiddos safe.

Your guide will plan stops accordingly to help keep your kids safe, which was really nice. For some stops, I opted to keep my kids buckled so the adults could enjoy some of the more adventurous views but i didn’t have to worry about the kids running off and getting hurt. We felt safe and the guide was awesome at making sure everyone had a great time.

We will be back!

Dishonest. Did not portray their vehicles from the website correctly. They called me a month before our experience and changed the time from 1:30 to 2 PM. Then a half hour before the experience they called and said they expected us to be there at 1:30 PM I explained that I received a call and paperwork showing that they changed the time to 2 PM and she said oh that’s all right we’ll figure it out she said well you had requested to have four people ride in the same vehicle but if it’s all right will provide three vehicles and so more of your people can drive. Which in fact we had paid for five vehicles and they only provided three vehicles so they did not give us what we paid for. And furthermore they portrayed themselves as helping us out which in fact they should’ve reimbursed us for two vehicles. The young man who was our guide did a fine job but the older gal at the desk is very dishonest and I would never rent from these folks again.

We are glad that you enjoyed your tour in spite of the fact that you had a different expectation. We thought you would be delighted when we offered to upgrade your group to three vehicles, instead of the two that your 3rd party outfitter booked for you. We received a reservation and payment for 5 people, not 5 vehicles. Happy trails!

We booked a guided UTV tour for a family of four with two two-person vehicles. Tim was our guide and he was outstanding. The terrain is unlike anything we experienced before and it varies throughout the drive from steep uphills and downhills to rocky terrain to sand where you can actually speed up quite a bit. We stopped at several points and Tim offered explanations of what we were looking at and took pictures of families on the tour (four cars on our trip). We got to see a couple of vehicles try to traverse very very steep hills. I cannot imagine missing this experience on a trip to Moab and cannot imagine booking with a different company. They give you everything you need and constantly re-supply water as needed out on the trail.

My wife and I took the Hell's Revenge UTV-you drive tour on October 14, 2021. It was fantastic! The office is clean and they have a ton of UTVs. Our guide, Tim (outstanding!!) went over safety aspects and use of UTV. We then followed him as we drove up to Hell's Revenge. It took a few minutes to realize that these things don't drive like cars. Speed is capped, which means when you're going down some large hills, it automatically brakes. We drove over a 15' high rock that had to be at an angle of 120 degrees. Great views and a very fun experience. I do not like heights, and there was one high point, but it didn't bother me--so it should be fine. There are people camping as you drive, 4x4s (Jeeps) going up as well. The path is one way and the center of the trail is marked.

Bring sunglasses, they work better than goggles and keep the dirt being kicked up into your eyes (your following the guide). There are no windows in the UTV so be prepared for cold/wind. They provide some water. Attaching a wrist chain case to your phone could be helpful so you don't drop your phone. Tim was great and I highly recommend him and High Point Hummer & ATV

This entire Hummer tour was perfect from start to finish. It was thrilling and kind of scary, but you also felt safe the whole time. Tim, our tour guide, was absolutely amazing (ask for Tim!). He added SO much extra to the experience. He is very fun and nice and informative, and super passionate about the Moab area, and the history and culture etc. He really 'made' the tour. Thanks High Point! 5 stars!

We did the sunset hummer tour. What an incredible tour! We had so much fun! You get all the excitement of off roading with none of the work! It was nice to just sit back and enjoy with an awesome driver. Our driver was Katie and we all immediately felt comfortable knowing we had a confident skilled driver. She was great! It was also our first day in Moab so she gave us a ton of recommendations. Also, The views were incredible! Tons of stops to take great pics. I would definetly recommend this to everyone looking for alot of excitement with out the work. It was awesome!

I used to go to Moab and just go hiking, which is AMAZING. However, this experience elevated what Moab is. We saw so much more that you can do hiking. It’s not every day that you go down slick rock at a 30-40 degree angle. I felt like the hummer has to be related to Spider-Man. The terrain we went over was amazing and it was nice to have the guide drive us as well as answer our questions and introduce the desert environment. I’ve seen other tours that claim to do the same thing, but I keep coming back to High Point because the pricing is reasonable and they take great care of you.
