Neil, who co-owns Desert Solitude with his wife Sarah, was the perfect Bryce Canyon guide. He’s a thoughtful host, providing a nice barbecue grilled lunch at one of the picnic sites in Fairytale Point ( love the name) along the rim, and offering snacks and drinks along the way.

Thank you to Neil, Sarah and Cigi for 4 fabulous days in the Moab area. Yes, it is possible to do Arches and Canyonlands solo, but we would have missed the luxurious off the beaten track accomodation, hunting for dinasour tracks after dark, delicious camp fire cooked meals,

What an experience it was heading out in to the remote, and most beautiful, areas of Utah with Sarah and Neil. They have such an amazing knowledge about everything from the geology to those secret spots that no one knows about. We experienced Arches, Canyonlands, Moab and Sand
