Wife and I took the jeep down the road to the dinosaur tracks, poison spider trail and past the potash plant and a short ways past until the weather got nasty and we turned back. Fun!

A great road for a road bike trip. There are Petrogylph's right next to the road. You can get off your bike (or out of you car) and walk up to this thousands of years old art.

Certainly almost stopped mine! This was some beautiful country to see and the trail can be taken by a standard off the showroom jeep. Pack a lunch so you don't need to hurry back.

Lots of scenery on this drive, with the incredible switchbacks at the end of the canyon! Classic Moab!

This is a great road with so much to see. You can watch people rock climbing there are Indian Petroglyphs and if you go into the Posion Spider Jeep trail parking area you can hike up a path and see dionsaur tracks and more petroglyphs.

Great short drive for a chilly day when we didn't want to do a side-by-side ride. Gorgeous views and places to pull over and see rock art and arches along the way. We went to to boat ramp just past the mine and turned around.

Some amazing cliffs - lots of climbers while we were there - and stop to see the pictoglyphs. You can walk to see some other arches as well. Very attractive drive.

I like this kind of stuff. Teach the kids some history of our country. It is right on the side of the road. Just walk right up by them. Oh yeah and totally free.

If your'e a thrill seeker take schafer trail to potash back to moab. I am sure we will be talking about it for years. Only do it in 4x4 and good weather. If you don't drive well and have nerves of steel don't do Schafer

What Creek are you crossing? I did it in a low profile car and never had any issues.
