While visiting Utah a friend of ours recommended that we rent a UTV in Moab and oh boy I'm glad we did. This was probably the highlight of our whole trip.. so much fun! The landscape of Moab is simply perfect for this kind of activity. You can choose between renting the machine by yourself, or with a guide, and I highly recommend getting a guide, especially if, like us, it is your first time. We felt very safe with our nice and friendly guide Eli. He knows the trails by heart and he brings you to trails you wouldn't dare to go by yourself. We had a blast, thank you!

We rented a Honda Talon 1000x 4 seater Saturday morning and spent all day west of moab around Harrah pass and chicken corners. The machine performed great. I chose the Honda for the 6 speed transmission with high and low gearing. I know belt breakage is rare on other brands CVTs but it was one thing I didn't want to worry about on our trip with out two teenage daughters in 100* plus heat. The machine exceeded all expectations and I have since been searching for to purchase one since I have made it home. Apparently Honda side by side prices are unaffected by the pandemic because everyone still wants a first born plus some for one. Anyway, The actual business was what you would expect for the area. They probably deal with a 100 tools a day and get tired of people beating up their $20k+ machines constantly. Jessica was nice and spent the time to give a quick walk around of the vehicle and features. The guys were friendly enough too but you can tell they have some stress going on either at home or at work that rubs them wrong. Be cool, respect their machines, and you'll have a great time. I do wish they would add a spare and jack kit to the Talon. Out towards Chicken Corners I lost ATT cell service and there were 2 other vehicles down with flats. If I would have blown out a tire I would have been hiking back in 100 degree heat. No fun. Overall, successful trip and will be back again!

Great experience! We had a group of 12 people on four different utvs all different brands. All the machines ran great, they had helmets that fit all of the kids ranging from four and up. The owners son took his time and gave me a through brief on how to operate the machine and gave us some trail suggestions which turned out to be great. They honored my military background with a 10% discount as well. We will definitely be returning to Moab and renting from Ultimate UTV Adventures again.

Just wow. I guess you must be waving hundred dollar bills as you approach with your eyes down to the ground is the only way to be welcomed or treated like a human. I got turned around in some of the highway construction, tried to pull in and see about a tour, and was screamed at, approached angrily, cursed at, demanding to know what did I think I was doing, this is private property etc. Geez... don't blame me you have lost your soul for a job you don't even like. I mean, the level of entitlement I guess when you have 10k plus visitors showing up every day you can act like that. You think you have a great business, but it is only in Moab that people like this could have any business.

We went to this place looking for UTV rental options and ended up renting somewhere else. This may be more of a bother to some people, but for us this place and it’s staff was not doing it for us. The vibe you get from the staff is not good. They were incredibly arrogant and talked to us in a way that aimed to make us believe their business is the last Coke in Moab and we should be lucky to have then instead of them having us. We look at options and 2 UTV types were not available and out of the picture already. The only affordable one was their cheapest option which did not look that great. As we were discussing our options, the big guy that I assume owns the place or is the one in charge was being extemely rude to a foreign tourist that went in with his wife to seek info.
Usually I do not care much about these types of situations nor I am one to get offended for the experiences of others, but the terrible customer service was uncomfortable. The foreign tourist, from Asia, was asking for options and for a map of trails available. The big (fat) guy from the store just talked to him in a very unfriendly and uninviting manner and responded him with “There are hundreds and hundreds of trails dude, do you think I have a map for all of those?” as he laughed to us and his business partner as if it was funny. On top of that he asked the guy where did he live and what did he do for a living. When the guy answered he was some sort of driver, the big guy from the store asked what his wife did. The asian guy, weirded out, answered she is a stay-at-home wife. Then the big guy from the store started saying that he must make a lot of money to bring her and him on a trip. The asian guy was confused and so was I. What are you even trying dude? Interrogate this foreign individual who happens to live in the States about his life? After being mean and unwelcoming to him?
The asian guy left the store feeling confused. We were not feeling it either and found them a little sketchy, so we went down to Moab Tour Company instead. WOW! Moab Tour was the total opposite. Great options and prices (all of them available and in great shape). The staff there was incredibly friendly, took time to answer all of our questions and provided tips for our time riding. And guess what, they provided us with a MAP of the must-go places and went over it with us. Something that this arrogant dude at Ultimate UTV Adventures made the potential customer feel stupid about for asking.
I would recommend going to Moab Tour instead. Super chill and friendly people, they care about your experience, are welcoming to everyone, and will guarantee you a great time.

This is easily the best way to have fun in Moab! Aaron was our guide and I was impressed with his knowledge of the area. Our group had riders of many different skill levels and he took us to the right terrain. I had a blast!
The machines were working well and I highly recommend this tour. Take tons of water and bring a face mask for dust.

We used Ultimate UTV Adventures for 4 tours in 3 days this April and I honestly have no words to describe how amazing the rides were. My husband and I traveled to Moab last year and researched in person, multiple companies and we decided Ultimate UTV Adventures is who we should go with and it was the right decision. We worked up each day in difficulty level and finished with The Moab Rim. We had 5 couples in our group, all experienced riders but not in Utah terrain and the guides did a fabulous job not only maneuvering the extreme obstacles to ensure a safe and fun experience but we also stopped and took in some spectacular sites. Gage was our guide for 3 of the 4 tours and he was far better than I would have ever imagined and I learned some valuable tricks to help with future rides. Aaron was our guide on one ride and he too did a great job. I highly recommend Ultimate UTV for the guides, experiences, quality machines and excellent customer service.

This UTV sundown hells revenge tour was the highlight of our trip to Moab. Gage was our guide and he did a fantastic job. He told us exactly what he expected of us while out on the tour, what the conditions would be like and how to operate the machines. He did an appropriate amount of safety checks on the group to make sure everyone was safe without slowing down the tour which gave us plenty of opportunities to whip shitties. It was our first ever side by side tour and Gage made sure that everyone had a chance to drive so everyone had a great experience. The hells revenge tour had the adrenaline pumping but in a safe and controlled way. The 2 1/2 hour trip gave us the perfect amount of time to get beautiful sunset pictures. Gage took us to multiple locations throughout the tour to get different and unique photos. I would highly recommend taking a UTV sundown hells revenge tour if you’re ever in Moab. Thank you for such a cool experience and I will definitely be coming back for another ride!!

Getting on in years, not very often something exceeds my expectations but this sure did! Rated as a level 1 trail I expected a couple of hours of scenic 2 track that would make my wife happy and occupy me for while. Was I wrong! We weren’t into hells revenge 200 yards and I was wondering what the hell I got myself into! As I gained confidence in the equipment and the staggering amount of traction, it was easy to say this is the most fun I’ve had for $325 ever. Kyle (our guide) did a great job of checking on us and making sure my wife was having fun. ( this was way more than she was expecting or ready for)
We highly recommend the trip and to my surprise my wife can hardly wait to do it again!

Our family got a cancellation call 4 hours prior to scheduled UTV rental on October 17. We made a detour to Moab and booked a hotel just to go on trails and we had a confirmed rental reservation made several days in advance.
Woman at front desk mentioned that online system was not accurate and there was nothing she could do. A follow up email a week later also went unanswered.
We rented from them once before without any issues but this ended being an expensive failure.

What is the age limit to drive the UTV? Some places say 16 and others say 21 so I want to be sure that this might be 16.
Written June 15, 2020
I'm not sure since the subject never came up. I would have thought legal driving age would be enough since they took images of the drivers license.

My brother and I are looking to rent a UTV in Moab to explore a couple trails. Does any one recommend doing this alone or with a guided tour? What's the best way? thank you
Written September 9, 2019
Definitely with a guide, unless you know the area well. The guides know where to take you depending on the level of expertise, risk and adventure you want. We went with Kyle from Ultimate UTV Adventures and he was amazing. They told us when we booked we wouldn't be disappointed, and we weren't. Best part of our trip!! (435)355-0911 is their number.

We don't know the area...is it easy to find trails, have places to go and get around?
Written June 28, 2019
If you own your own UTV you may find the four attachments of interest. If you don't, I would recommend a guided tour with Ultimate UTV Adventures. Either way the Sand Flats Recreation Area just east of Moab is an excellent destination. We thoroughly enjoyed a guided tour of Hell's Revenge.
Sorry, I don't seem to be able to include jpegs of brochures: "Sand Flats Recreation Area" & "Moab GPS Trails on your Android Phone". You could probably pick them up from Ultimate UTV Adventures.
