A friend of mine and I enjoyed the Ghost Tours of Harper's Ferry ghost walk last night. It was drizzly and cold, but the guide, Rick, was wonderful! He knows how to tell a good story and he even sings a little! He knows how to make you jump and make you laugh! I would highly recommend and suggest you... More

Rick is a great storyteller. Highly entertaining. We had a great time. Rick gives a lot history behind the haunted areas. You stand on the sidewalk as Rick tells you about the haunted history of the nearby buildings. If you think you are going to go on a ghost hunt, this is not that kind of tour. If you want... More

My wife and I had just eloped on May 5 and went to Harpers Ferry, WV. We decided to take the ghost tour that evening. We showed up that evening and were the only ones so we got our private ghost tour from Rick. He is a great story teller and very funny. I liked very much that we got... More

Worst ghost tour I've ever been on. I think the guide was making things up as he was going. He was even trying to rent out a few apartments on the tour. Not worth $14

I've been through several ghost tours before. This is by far the best. The tour guide is entertaining and extremely informative. He is a true storyteller.

Was camping near Harpers Ferry for Spring Break with the wife and kids, we decided to go the ghost tour and were not disappointed! Reasonably priced, we met at St Mark's catholic church where our guide, Rick Garland, started the tour. We did have to do some walking and his stories had depth and meaning. The only hiccup were the... More

Thanks so much for your review Mike! I'm so glad you enjoyed my tour! I just want to point out to anyone reading this review that we meet at St. Peter's Church (not St. Mark's) at the top of the old stone steps in Harpers Ferry, WV. Thanks again and take care! More

I love Ghost Tours because of the history woven in the stories. The storytelling was fun and informative but i missed walking around town and seeing the places where the events occurred. Sitting in the church for almost two hours was uncomfortable and it was cold inside so I would have rather walked around in the cold to keep moving.

Had a wonderful time on this tour. It was off season so was pretty cold so we ended up sitting in the church for the story-telling. You would think that wouldn't make for a good tour but you would be wrong. Rick was an engaging storyteller and made for a great experience and evening. Couldn't recommend it to anyone enough.
