Stopped in for an apple pie for dessert, lady at counter was some what rude and abrasive when answering questions. Was busy that day but if you don't want to be in a customer service position...don't be! Apple pie was pretty good though.

Great Store and Doughnuts
Aug 2019 • Couples
We stopped in early August so there wasn’t much in the way of fruit or produce ready yet. The country store had a large variety of canned jams, sauces, and even maple syrup. They also had some fun decor items for sale. The fresh apple cider doughnuts were very good and a nice treat before departing. The small seating area had a very homey feel. Worth a quick stop on the “fruit loop” tour.

Best apple orchard in the world, many family memories
Oct 2017 • Family
My family has been visiting Erickson's every autumn since the mid-1980s, and therefore we have created a lot of memories. This is a family-owned and operated business, growing the best apples I have ever had in my life (mostly Cortlands), big, tart, and juicy. Much better than store-bought apples.

You can buy a few bushels already picked, although I recommend going out to pick your own, in the peaceful orchard. Apple picking outside is indeed one of the best things in life, especially at this orchard above Lake Superior. After picking apples, enjoy the Country Store or go on a short mountain biking excursion behind the orchard (ask the Ericksons about how to get there).

The Country Store has Muriel's tasty baked goods, including world-famous apple donuts, apple pie, and apple sticks. Get it a la mode and forget about the calories.

There is a wide selection of crafts, jams, pickled things, and even wine produced on the North Shore. Oftentimes there are other family-friendly activities (music, arts & crafts, pets, etc) going on around the orchard.

There is also berry picking during the summer, and don't forget to get some delicious apple cider.

We will be coming back for years to come, don't miss out on this place.

Wonderful Apples!
Sep 2017 • Couples
This was the cutest store. I spent an hour checking everything out. This is a big store with a large variety of items. They even had homemade apple cider donuts, apple pies and more. They had apples right off the trees and fresh apple cider. Everyone there was so friendly to us. We bought apples and donuts. It was all wonderful. I definitely recommend the donuts. The last apple pie was bought just before me and it looked amazing. When you are in the area, this is one of the must see places.

Great apples, apple doughnuts, cider and gifts!
Oct 2016 • Friends
This charming orchard is a wonderful place to buy reasonably priced apples. I bought 5 pounds of honey crisp for $8 and a 1/2 gallon of fresh apple cider for $1.75. Shop and then sit and enjoy a delicious doughnut and cider. There are so many fresh items to tempt a person. I can't wait to try their dill pickles, corn relish and fresh raspberry jam that I bought. The ladies at the shop are just fun and so sweet. We went to another Bayfield orchard and this one was superior and cheaper. Highly recommend!!!

OPEN THE PIE!!
Oct 2016 • Friends
Hey, we toured the orchard down the road and needed some pie. The ladies here make some amazing pie and apple cider donuts. We got a couple pies that were steaming fresh. She told Lee to keep the box open so it won't ruin the pie. Well, we stopped to watch a bit of the Packers before leaving and the box got closed on the pie. She was quite passionate about the pies and let us know to open the pie!! Naturally this became our running gag. Fun times and great food.
