The emphasis of the tour is Victorian architecture, but we cover other styles as well. You learn the history of San Francisco through the evolution of its architecture.

This tour allowed us to experience something we would never have known to do on our own. We learned about the various kinds of architecture - the famous people who inhabited some of the homes - and were fascinated by how knowledgeable the guide was.

You make a good point. This tour brings you to places completely off the beaten track. We go where tour buses are not allowed!
