I absolutely love the concept of a featured wine area per month. We have been on three different occasions and the wine flight menu has been incredible each time! The cocktail and beer collection is also solid. The food is also very good, and the Brussels sprouts are a cant miss!

We stopped at this restaurant after spending a couple hours walking around Sausalito. The restaurant is located in the middle of the main strip with a great view of the Bay and San Francisco. The food was fantastic but you may have to wait a bit for a table since it is popular. The restaurant takes your number and texts you when your table is ready so so can roam a bit while you wait.

I was staying at a hotel on Union Square and wanted a quiet place to have a good glass of wine and read my book. A yelp search turned up this place. It's in the Fitzgerald Hotel on Post Street so just walk through the lobby. It's a tiny lobby and I had to ask a woman to step aside so I could get to the door. Once inside, it's quiet and candlelit even on a sunny day. The featured wines were from Germany, France and Eastern Europe. I don't know much about Eastern Europe so I was intrigued. I chose a Pinot Gris flight that featured wines from France, Germany and then Slovenia. The Bartender/Staff helped me decide on my flight. She was right on the money and I enjoyed a second glass of the Slavic wine before I parted ways with this place. The ambiance is quiet and intimate. People were hidden off in corners with friends and at this time of day there were either lone travelers like me, or friends meeting up after work. I will say the lack of light made it hard to read my book. But I enjoyed this spot very much.

The wine flight menu sets this establishment apart! We came here on two occasions during a recent trip into the city. The prices are fair, given the unique wines and cocktails available. The food menu is also very solid. The Brussels sprouts appetizer was divine! It was busy, but we did not have to wait for a table/seat on either date we visited! Highly recommend and we would certainly return on our next trip to the city.

We were there about 7 on on a Tuesday and were the only ones there. We tried the wine flights and were hoping for a bit better wines for the price. We really liked the atmosphere. It's small dark and quant. Expect to spend some money for the food but it is worth for the hunmas platter.
