I've been to a lot of ballparks and have been wanting to go to this one for while. Beautiful park. Easy to get to (we walked from our hotel in Union Square). Good food; no seriously...they have Ghirardelli hot chocolate! <<<<which reminds me...San Francisco is COLD!!!....I never expected to need a winter coat while watching regular season baseball in early... I went to an evening SF Giants game, sat in the Club section behind home plate. Sun is behind you (not so if you're in the outfield bleacher seats). The view of the bay and East Bay hills is incredible. The night I went there was even a full moonrise. The park has lots of food and drink options -... More

Easy access with parking or public transportation. Wonderful scene around the ballpark with bars and outdoor restaurants. Right on the water giving a special feel of San Francisco and baseball mixed together. We sat in field club giving no line access to the park and wonderful drink and food options- again with no line. One of the best ballparks in... More

This a beautiful park! Great views of the bay and easy to get to by ferry and other public transportation. It's best to take public transportation since parking can be hard to find and expensive. It's an open air park which means bring a jacket because it can get cold in a instant.

The nicest thing about AT&T Park is that it is on the water. The view from the Suites are awesome as you can see the field and the water view. Lots of great food choices outside nearby and inside the stadium.

We visit athletic parks during our travels and this one did not disappoint. Very nice park with good food vendors to boot. The facility was fun and clean.

We crammed a game into our busy day, and we were so glad we did. We had a great time root, root, rooting. The fans were warm and welcoming. The park is beautiful. The view! Just go.

I'm a baseball fanatic. AT&T Park is on the water so dress warmly. The wind off the bay is cold. On the walk up you can see the large Coke bottle and glove in left field. The only thing I didn't like was the out of town scoreboard. You can't read it from the upper deck. We were behind home... More

Staying in SoMa

Neighborhood Profile
SoMa
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighborhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighborhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
