We had prebooked a package including Alcatraz, hop on hop off bus and 3 hour bike rental. We popped into the shop in the morning to pick up our bus tickets and the lady was really helpful and friendly, showing us where to go on...More

Rental bikes worked good. When we returned pointed out the bike chain had come off twice on one bike due to a bent part. The lady who greeted us apologized and offered us free water or Gatorade for the inconvenience. She couldn’t have handled it...More

The lady in the shop was quite nice and polite though we had some communication challenges (neither hers nor ours mother language is English). The real problem occurred when one of the bikes broke, we called them and it took a very long time for...More

Very rude and harsh customer relation. Quality of bikes soso. According to the need of just biking some hours. Tiers old this js why they insist that you buy the insurance of insane 4 dollars ( compare to the rental fees). Price very competitive, perhaps...More

My worst experience so far in San Francisco. No wonder the bikes are 30% off if you book online: their quality sucks. To start it off, the bike was noisy from the very beginning as it creaked frequently, especially when changing gears. Later on in...More

Marina District
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful
backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to
the Marina. Originally the location for the
Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose
remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much
of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a
world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a
jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city.
