Great way to spend a couple of hours

Lots of great options to sample, purchase and enjoy. Spent about two hours wandering through the market. Beautiful setting and some great produce.

We visited on a Saturday and it was really busy but the atmosphere was great and the free samples/tasters and seeing the products being produced was a brilliant experience.

One of my favorite things to do when spending a weekend in SF - go hungry & thirsty. I suggest you take a quick walk thru all the vendors before deciding on where to eat. Also, pick two or more vendors & split/share your choices. Spend a few hours, stroll around & people watch. Lots of good coffee options. Bathrooms... More

We went there at lunch time and bought many organic products that were really good. The fruits are nice and juicy. People are nice. The place is amazing and photogenic.

On a sunny Saturday morning I always want to hop on a ferry and go to the Ferry Bldg. I'm pretty sure the ferry ride is half the fun! But the Ferry Bldg. has a lot going for it: A vintage building, great shops, Saturday farmer's market supreme, great views of the bay, and a jumping off spot for lots... More

It was a beautiful, sunny Saturday morning and it seemed like me and many other people decided to head to the Ferry Building to check out the Farmer’s Market. Everyone was enjoying the weather and checking out some of the many booths, kiosks and stands located inside and surrounding the Ferry Building. There was fresh produce, flowers, meat, cheese, desserts,... More

Weather lou like pizza, hot dogs, baguels, or simply coffee, there is a lot of street stands to choose from. The place is usually crowded as it attract people working in the nearby buildings. In all, it makes a nice time to grab a lunch. The only disadvantage is that it lacks a place tables and chairs, so be prepared... More
