Big Bus Blake and Jolly Josh were the knowledgeable guide and fearless driver. They were awesome and deserve big raises. Thanks for the smiles and laughs, guys!

We rode the tour all the way round and are so pleased we did. Our driver Eddie gave us a warm welcome on board, and our host Ari was so knowledgeable and funny we got an excellent look at San Francisco and heard all about the different neighbourhoods. I can't recommend this tour enough, we're riding it again today but... More

We had the great fortune of doing the deluxe tour which included a tour to Sausalito. Dionne our driver made the day! He is passionate, serious tourism professional who showed us the sites with a beautiful smile, awesome jokes, great historical details and a very attentive, respectful and warm disposition. What a treat we laughed and enjoyed our way back... More

Took this tour to orientate ourselves. Much more to it than that though. We took the Barbary coast walking tour with Peter and wow was that an insight into the city history. Plus you get to go to places we would never have heard about otherwise. We ended up doing all three walks, would strongly recommend the Barbary and Italian... More

Having waited half an hour, the first bus arrived took 12 people there was no rep around to manage the queue. From the queue we could see available seating on the upper deck. It was... More

We had mixed experiences... Doug, the guide, was the BEST guide out of four different tours, (this is a hop on hop off all day tour). He was the most interesting, the best informed and the easiest to understand. Our first driver was combative, and argued with the pre-recorded narration! Doug was fantastic!

We decided to go with Big Bus after reading some negative reviews of a major competitor which was recommended to us by our holiday company. I was sold by the amount you get for the price which was perfect for the two days we had in San Fran. We did the first day tour at 09:00 and had a fantastic... More
