The staff was very knowledgeable about the city and the live tour guides really informed us and entertained us. Peter definitely made my trip "just a little bit better" and was one of the best tour guides I have ever encountered not just here in San Francisco but across the United States. He was quite funny and was accommodating. Eric... More

Easy and fun way to view the city. No problem getting on bus or finding seat upstairs. Buses with live guide are more fun but audio is informative as well. Waling tours were good. Night tour (came with 2 day ticket- part of package with Alcatraz trip) was very cold but worth it. Tip; some of the in/out stops are... More

We bought a 3 day pass which allowed us to visit most of the places we wanted to go and see a lot of the city. Major issue is how busy it was. First day we had to wait about 45mins and 4 buses until there was enough space at the Union Sq stop (stop 6). Then there was no... More

My family and I decided to take the bus tour of San Francisco on our last day in the city. The route was planned out nicely--it hit all the major points of interest in San Francisco. Tickets were a bit pricey. We also did not have a live guide on our bus, which was a bit disappointing.

It was cool and foggy (nothing you can do about weather) and none of the windows would shut on the Sausalito trolley.. Freezing. Should have went with grayline they at least had trolleys with Windows that closed and customers looked way more comfortable. We were told all tours live narration. NOT true very misleading.. You'll most likely get headphones for... More

This was a great trip - but so cold. Take a coat! Richie Rich in the store was incredibly helpful and because we did not buy our tickets until late afternoon our three little kids went free. One negative was that we did not have a live guide (which other reviews rave about). We had a recording. Secondly, it was... More

We had a great time on the night tour with Big Bus Blake! He was knowledgeable and engaging! A local that really loves sharing his city with everyone that visits! Grab your jackets and hold on to your hats for a fun, fact filled tour with Blake! #Kentucky

We visit SF all of the time but we wanted to do something different this time. We wanted to see things and do things we'd never seen or done before. Walking up the Embarcadero, we stopped in at the Big Bus Tours kiosk just to check it out. We were greeted by Richard Torres who was super helpful and very... More

We caught this near our hotel at Fishermans wharf where the tour begins(seen tripadvisor reviews so thought it would be the best) It took about 2-21/2 hours overall . We did not get off as it was misty and very low cloud so didn't bother with the parks.we couldn't even see the bridge as we went over lol! Hey ho... More

Bus drivers are pleasant. Need to offer better Senior citizens Discounts. Decent pick up drop off accessible locations around the San Francisco area. Need better communication as to how to pick up tickets.
