Morgan was a cheerful and funny guide with lots of knowledge about the history of SF. Enjoyed learning about some of the early gangs of chinatown and even left with some great restaurants to check out. Highly recommended!

I don't have experience of the app. As you've got your tickets already the lack of the app shouldn't be a problem. Have a great time enjoying this wonderful city.
