A tour of San Francisco aboard the Gray Line double-decker bus tour is well worth the money, whether it’s your first visit to San Francisco, or like me, you’ve been many times. You can hop on and off as you like (the two-day ticket price is the great value if you are visiting for more than one day), saving you... More

Kabush was terrible at managing the group. Managing the group time schedule was by way of threatening to skip tourist attractions. Rather than smoking in the carpark 5 minutes before scheduled departure a tour guide needs to be rallying the group and calling out time reminders. Kabush was not capable of managing the group on the bus, often encouraging conflict... More

Booked our trip to Alcatraz a month in advance. The purchase was made thru Viator who contracted the tour via Greyline. As instructed, we called Greyline the night before our tour to confirm, and were told we were all set the next day. The morning of the tour we were picked up by a Greyline bus at 8:30am, 20 minutes... More

Decided to head on a tour with Gray Line since we did not want to drive. The 17-mile tour with Gray Line was good and the tour guide was very professional. However, the tour to Napa Valley was not as superb. Nevertheless, a good way to venture out of SF.

This tour was fantastic and our driver, Antonio, was absolutely wonderful! He maneuvered the very large bus better than anyone I have ever seen, and still gave us an informative and entertaining experience! Our 3 generation family all had a great time!

Kenneth our bus driver/tour guide was excellent. He was knowledgeable and funny and his singing wasn't bad either. He entertained us on our way to 3 wineries and our drive back to San Francisco.. He is also a very capable driver. ALL 3 wineries were very nice & generous with their wine tasting. Had a lovely day!

If I could give less than a one star I would. We bought 2-day tickets, had buses not show up, had representatives be dishonest, and were "disconnected" when we called them.

Took the tour to Muir Woods. Danny is a GREAT driver and he is quite funny! Door to door service from the hotel and everyone in the group made it to their connecting tours on time! Buses were clean and we had plenty of time to visit Muir Woods and Sausalito (Well, Sausalito was shorter, but I was ready to... More
