We went on our honeymoon as a part of our trip throughout Northern California, and this was truly a highlight! Anya was an amazing guide - she picked us up right on time at our hotel, narrated the process with so much information during the drive, and was willing to help or take pictures or give recommendations. All three wineries that we visited had a unique character to them. Homewood was incredibly welcoming, and our host there taught us so much about wine. Seamus was unique and had beautiful stories behind each bottle. Finally, B.R. Cohn had a stunning atmosphere and created the most beautiful pictures from the day! Our lunch break had ample time to enjoy a nice meal and explore some shops. Everywhere we went was extremely informative, kind, and fun! We would recommend this to anyone looking for a seamless touring experience.

The day started off on the right foot with the fun and entertaining tour guide, Antony. He set the tone which created a great vibe where everyone in the group got to know each other and enjoyed the day together. The wineries offered a good variety of settings and wine tastings. Lots of laughs, photo opportunities, and tasty wines! Totally worth the tour/trip!!

I really enjoyed the tour of Sonoma Valley with Anthony. We visited three very different wineries, but all contributed to increasing my knowledge of wine-making in general, and from this area in particular. Anthony was entertaining and informative, and really added to the expertise from the wineries. I would recommend the tour to anyone visiting San Francisco and the Bay Area. I look forward to enjoying my purchases back at home.

From the moment Mark picked us up from our hotel he made the whole group feel as one sharing great history & jokes as we traveled across the Golden Gate Bridge to our first vineyard. Mayo was a dream way to start, Seamus was a wonderful host & great artwork on his wine bottles & Homewood Winery is just Dave. Five star wines with Five star service & memories to last forever - thank you

Just completed this tour yesterday. Most tours are open now and this one was covid Safe (social distancing and masks encouraged). We were staying in an air bnb outside of downtown but the tour guide, mark, helped coordinate a pick up point closes to us. The tour stopped at three smaller wineries but they were able to provide a more intimate experience. We learned a lot about California and stopped at a few different towns before heading back to San Fran.

For lunch, we stopped in Sonoma square and followed our guides recommendation for Mexican food at la casa of Sonoma. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our tour guide mark made the experience even better by providing educational content with a witty sense of humor. Definitely recommend this tour if you’re looking for a more intimate tasting while also wanting to explore California.

This tour was incredible! Anthony was on time at our pickup location, and started by introducing us to the other passengers while giving commentary as we navigated the city. We then made a quick restroom stop, and headed to wine country. Anthony had great knowledge and charisma, and made sure we were always taken care of. Each winery provided plenty of samplings, and great prices. Each had a different atmosphere, but always really cared about us. We stopped for lunch in Sonoma, where Anthony gave us plenty of options to eat and explore. On the way home, Anthony further guided the conversation- it was always a learning experience. If you like wine, food, or good commentary, this trip is for you!

This was a pretty good trip with just eight others in a well looked after people mover - much better than facing a crowded bus. Our driver/guide/raconteur Anthony kept us amused with anecdotes and local knowledge as he pointed out the sights on the way to Sonoma via Sausalito. Each winery had its own personality and all tastings were covered in the ticket price. A highlight for us was taking the ferry option on the way back. We were dropped off back at the Sausalito wharf and had a nice cruise across the bay, getting more good photos of the Golden Gate, Alcatraz and Fisherman’s Wharf. Well worth the $14 fare. Thanks Anthony.

I would totally recommend this trip to anyone wanting to experience The Sonoma valley wine tasting. I researched this trip a lot before I came and Edge if the World tours didn’t disappoint. Anthony was our driver and host and he was lovely, extremely knowledgable about San Fran, Sonoma and gave us lots of useful and interesting information. The vineyards & wineries chosen were boutique and all wines tasted fabulous and in great settings. It was also great to travel in a small group, we were a group of 8. There was plenty of time to ask questions and explore the places we visited. We stopped for a lovely lunch in Sonoma, very pretty where we had time to eat and shop before hopping back on the mini bus to the next winery. The heat got up to 100 degrees in Sonoma so having an air conditioned bus was great.
If your wanting a great day out tasting fab wines in a small group, chose this tour.

We absolutely loved the small group size as it made for a personal and intimate wine tasting experience. The three wineries we went to were Homewood, Peter Cellars, and Seamus. The winemakers were part of each wine tasting and it was so interesting hearing their stories. Our guide, Marc, was accommodating and personable with a fantastic sense of humor. This day trip was a 10/10 and was the highlight of our trip to San Francisco. We met some wonderful people on this tour. Thank you, Marc, for an amazing day!

Anthony our Driver/Tour Guude was very friendly and entertaining, very informative about the areas we drove through and informative about the Winerys we visited. Good range of wines to taste at each Vinyard. These wines you cannot buy in your local supermarket you can only buy them from these vineyards. We bought a few and they were very nice. Overall a great experience, thank you
