We used 5 Stars Limousine for private Sonoma Wine Tour transportation from Rohnert Park to Sonoma wineries for two days during this year's Barrel Tasting. The service provided by our driver Chris was professional, courteous and very accommodating. The vehicles used were very clean, well maintained and stocked with water, wipes, etc, and most importantly, he was on time. Booking online was seamless and making updates as we had a few, was simple.
My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be using 5 Star Limousine again. I own a transportation company and did not tell the driver until our 2nd day, but I was extremely pleased with the experience and would hire him as my driver if he were closer:-) If you're looking for safe ride, professional and seamless experience, I would highly recommend this company.

The car service was timely, professional, and clean late model vehicle that was fully sanitized. The driver was friendly, courteous, wore a mask during the pick up and ride. I could not be more pleased and would recommend 5 Stars to anyone looking for a clean, courteous, safe and professional ride.

We got a limo for friends 50th Birthday. We did wine tasting and drove to multiple different locations. The driver was on time, super flexible, responsive, and went with the flow as we shifted some of the plans around.
I also got emails leading up to the event reminding me of the reservation and day of got the name and number of the driver.
Super happy with the experience and will use them again for our next adventure.

We’ve used 5 Stars Limousine Service several times for airport service from Sonoma Country to SFO. Both times they were on time/early for pickup and got us there promptly. Very professional drivers and their cars are clean and comfortable. They have saved me at the last minute for pickup from SFO when I recently forgot to book my return ride. They booked a pickup immediately and I was so grateful. I highly recommend 5 Star Limo.

I have used 5 Stars Limo a few times for airport transportation and it has always been excellent. My most recent experience was with the driver Garland. I would have to rate the experience as subpar. Garland started off with good service by opening the car door for me and loading my luggage. When we arrived to my destination he did not open the door for me. Only advised me "to be careful exiting the vehicle." He did offer to roll my luggage up to the door. I accepted stating that will give me time to open the door. He rolled the luggage to the porch and promptly left as I was inserting the key to open the door. I know he is not a bell hop, however, for $308.68 one way airport transportation it would have been nice if he had opened the car door for me upon arrival to my home and made sure I got into the front door safely before speeding off. It was very late at night. Hence the 3 star rating.

I used 5 Stars Limousine Connection to book airport transfers to and from SFO and Napa for a group work trip. I cannot recommend them enough. They were easy to work with and incredibly responsive. Their drivers were professional and cars were very clean. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The driver was polite and showed up on time. The transportation was comfortable. When looking for a car service to take you to the airport, reliability is really what you are looking for and so far so good. We still need a pickup from the airport but based on transportation to the airport, I have no reason not to suspect the same level of service.

We used this for pickup from airport to hotel. They where on time. They called me after i got of plane to tell me where they was waiting so i not Get lost. Big clean car with good driver. They also picked us up on way back to airport.
With our return the air company change flights on us so we had to go sooner then we booked. But after a short phonecall they picked us up.
Great service and i will use them next time in san fransisco

Lucky7 Transportation is the very best Limo service in the San Francisco/San Jose area. We have used them for several years now and the owner, Padam, is always on time, communicates well, the vehicles are spotless, and he is friendly and a very safe driver. We have used Lucky7 to take us all the way to Brentwood from San Jose and he even allow are service dog to sit on the seat. We would not use anyone else. You must make a reservation well in advance as he is very busy.
