Three stories plus a mezzanine level. They had hot chocolate and cider and they were giving out samples. I was told this was their flagship store and I believe it. They are stocked up with kitchen and diminish gadgets, food related gifts, and even furniture. It’s a nice place to check out and it’s right on Union Square.

I returend to do some shopping at Williams Sonoma, which is located in the Union Squre area of San francisco. This is the largest Williams Sonoma store I know of - there are other similar stores in the Bay Area. I enjoyed shopping. Staff is nice. Since its the holiday season, there were nice Thanksgiving and Christmas items for sell as well. There was also some food tastes and apple cider tasting available.

Pleasant looking store but overpriced. No working restroom for customers. This was a huge problem for me as I had been shopping for a few hours before. I was contemplating leaving my potential purchase there.

Our closest store is Los Gatos, but we like to visit other locations, and this store was right around the corner from our hotel. The vibe was excellent, with hot cider offered to us and other client type people, two days before Christmas.
