This was a really cool place to visit. They had a lot of memorabilia and historical items. A must see place for any Disney fan or anyone who enjoys animation history.

Kind of off the beaten path and not exactly what I expected. I expected Disney land themed, but it the family history. Still enjoyed it and I recommend it.

Walt is an unsung hero in s many ways. Private, humble, a good man. I enjoyed having my impression of him confirmed. You get many of the 40 plus crowd coming in. Increase the lightening, letter sizing and use non-reflective glass/plastic.

I enjoyed visit however had 2 teen girls who were quickly bored. There is a lot of reading involved and I enjoy that but was unable to finish tour because they were so restless to leave. A lot of history about Walt's parents ,siblings etc,

Very interesting objects to see. Our favorite part was the Disney land model. That was great. I just feel it was way over priced for what was actually there. We wouldn't go again and I don't suggest a visit. Only if you have money and time to burn.

I had wanted to come check this museum out for some time and finally had the chance to do so....What a magical place. I thought I knew a lot about Walt Disney, the man, the creative genius, the father....but boy was I wrong. So much more to him than I ever imagined. What a gift this place is. I was... More

We visited this wonderful museum on Sunday with my teens and young children. Having grown up enjoying so many of Walt Disneys stories/movies it was nice to learn more about the man himself. We always forget that there was a person behind each creation of what many of us enjoy. It was nice to learn that his family made this... More

Where to start? It would take me hours to try and communicate how life changing this experience was. Of course, I am a lover of all things Disney and this was on the bucket list for a long time, but I never know how immersed my 5 and 11 year old would be on this journey with me. I wondered... More

If you are at least a tiny bit a Disney Fan, then this is a MUST SEE. Museum set up very well and mega Walt Disney memorabilia. You will learn so much more about the man behind the mouse, and will have a greater appreciation for his accomplishments as one of the greatest national treasures we have ever had.

I'm a big big Disney fan but never knew much about Walt Disney's story. The museum is in the Presidio with a gorgeous view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Once inside there is plaques and paintings of his accomplishments, then you buy your tickets! You learn about his childhood, you see how he and his brother created the cartoons and... More
